Westfield, amazing service helping me a lot, many thanks to Medo

We got the Pocket Pro. It was excellent! Miso was the person that looked after us. It has helped with my strains and pains and I am. Able to use the machine easily at any time of the day. Thank you!

I recently brought the Pocket Pro and it was amazing. I had aches and pain and when I used the machine it was gone. Midr’s service was amazing and very friendly.

The product was good, I paid around £165 as it was on special offer.
The massage gun has recently stopped working, will not charge, I contacted the company via email asking the following
“I have a truviv Mini Storm Percussion Massage Gun and it has stopped working, it will not charge.
Can I get this repaired?”
The serial no is: 2112****

A reply came the next day

Good evening Roland,
Thank you for your email and sorry to hear that the the machine stopped working , please can you send us your receipt.

Many thanks ,

Truviv team

I replied the next day stating

“Hi
Thank you for your email.
I’m afraid i no longer have the receipt for it, i purchased it from the Westfield Shopping Centre in Shepherds Bush.
I do still retain the original packaging which is in perfect condition as is the unit its self.”

24 days later I still haven’t heard anything from them.

I just need an answer.

It is very good and relaxing. And also trusted one for better results compare to the cheaper ones. I totally loved it.

This is my second purchase with the same person called Mibo. He is very knowledgeable and professional in his job, describe in details each part of the massage machine.

I met a lovely lady named Ann at Truviv in the Westfield shopping centre in White City. I suffer from plantar fasciitis, and she was incredibly helpful and supportive, offering me valuable advice on how to manage my condition. I’m so glad I purchased the Percussion Massage Gun Pocket Pro— I felt instant relief when I tried it in the store. I highly recommend giving them a try.
