Great product and great service from Mido at Westfield..the best massage gun on the market right now!

I bought the Shiatsu massage belt and the Storm Max massage gun from Truviv. Amazing experience with Mido. He was really professional in introducing the products and patience in letting me get the best experience.

Highly recommend if you are looking for a quality product to improve the quality of life.

Just purchased one of their limited addition mini massage guns. Tamer was very helpful and provided a very detailed demonstration beforehand. He also said that if anything goes wrong with it, they’d replace it. It’s great! I’ve yet to see if the gun functions well.

Mido was very rude and accused Tamer of stealing his client at the allergy show. He was out of order and unprofessional

was at an exhibition and got my massage gun from Tamer. he was absolutely amazing and demonstrated the product thoroughly. i will be looking forward to using it as i have some joint pains in my hands

We tried the massage gun at Westfield london and it was really good experience. We purchased the product on the spot and Medo gave us good information about the product and help us find the appropriate product for me. Thanks Truviv for the wonderful product.

Tamer in Westfield was excellent. Showed us message gun and explained us the benefits. We need more people like him with honest suggestions and we made the right choice.

I bought Trumed M1 Shiatsu massage belt, and Mido delivered excellent service from start to finish. Good buy!

I bought the massage gun from the Naidex exhibition and found it to be harsher than the one I tried as a demo, so not suitable for my needs. Initially I found it difficult to get in touch with customer services but as soon as they realised I had a problem they went out of their way to resolve it for me. Very happy now.

Very happy with service provided and ofcourse the product (massage gun)
