Very nice company to deal with
Very nice company to deal with, and really like the features they have so far. Strongly suggest adding more business features, adding ability to connect both way with Dropbox, and get a Playstore app.

Good, but Could be so much better
I have renewed for a 2nd year, but only because it's a pain to move somewhere else. I don't like the rigidity of the system and would prefer a platform that would allow you to tailor your categories to meet your own needs. Also, it's very US centric and I am from the UK hence the need to be able to change and amend the platform to suit my own needs.

A must-have app for supporting parents
After setting up Trustworthy for our family last year, this year we decided to set it up for my parents. Trustworthy was super helpful with showing us how to add a second household. What felt like a daunting project turned out to be super easy and we were able to finish it during a weekend visit. Trustworthy's concierge & expert staff is extremely responsive - a special shout-out to Debby for making sure we had everything we needed to get started. It feels like a weight off our shoulders (both ours and our parents) to have their important documents organized and accessible in Trustworthy should we need to access them. I'm a big fan of what this company is doing and how they are doing it.

The UI is so easy to use. I like that I can add my own items to track but the system comes pre-populated with suggestions as well.

Great service but overpriced
It's a great service and it's continually improving, but I don't think the service justifies the price. I could get the same service—just with a little more upfront work—using Google Calendar and Google Docs which are free. I'll continue using it as long as I continue to get a discount but if I have to pay full price, I'll let it go.

It's really "Trustworthy"
I needed to store all my family's personal data in somewhere that I can trust. I was making research abut that and I found Trustworthy! It has really cool features and It's so easy to use. Even you don't need to decide what you want to upload there. It tells you what you suppose to upload and It reminds you everything with notifications. It has web and mobile support and It works very good. It makes me feel that I am using a premium tool. I can easily recommend it to everyone!

Easy to use
Easy to use, intuitive app for organizing our important documents. It took about 10 hours to get 85% of our documents completed. I like the status feature of what remains to be completed and/or uploaded. I am excited to have found and purchased this secure application.
