I have a problem with my will I have paid for the whole package and have not got a email call or chat for over 30 hours!

I loved working with Robyn and team. They deliver a fantastic product with a seamless process.

I've been putting off estate planning for years. It's not one of those things you want to think about (aka death) and what happens when you're gone. GoodTrust gave me the easy button and allowed me to put my estate in order. I absolutely love the digital vault also so my kids have one place to go to for all of my usernames and passwords.

Gives confidence, that my digital legacy is in good hands.

Having seen the site evolve - it is a very user initiative to solve for a complex problem - what to do once a loved one passes away. Everything from a person's digital footprint to estate planning needs to be thought of. MyGoodTrust streamlines a complicated effort where for the most part, one does not need to use attorneys to complete these initiatives. I would give this a try and even many of colleagues who are sophisticated (such as top school MBAs) are using this for some of their "self-driven" planning for wills, trusts, and estates. MyGoodTrust is reducing the friction in a very friction, grief, complicated process.

Goodtrust has been a great help to me and my family - especially in navigating what happens to all our digital stuff. The tools really made a difference. Thorough. Professional. With help when you need it.

For me GoodTrust proved to be woefully inadequate for building what I felt to be a very basic living Trust. One main issue I ran into was simply in naming beneficiaries; The program is SO basic that it only allows you to name primary beneficiaries - There's no option to name secondary or "contingent" beneficiaries should the initial primary beneficiaries not survive you or be able to inherit the estate. I reached out to the company as I felt this had to be an error that I wasn't understanding the form or how to accomplish this, however they communicated back to me that in fact there is no option for secondary, tertiary, or "contingent" beneficiaries within their trust platform. Unfortunately I'm outside the 30 day trial period so I'm simply out the money as I'm not interested in creating such an inadequate Trust. I suppose if you truly want the most basic Trust available, naming only primary beneficiaries this platform could serve your purposes, for the rest of us it's been a complete waste of money.

I asked for my money back after their trust forms were not even good enough for a simple will. I just got billed $39 additional charges for a trust I don't have. They don't tell you about recurring charges. This is a scam.

I want to create a trust with my wife and I as Co-Grantors Grantors may change the trust in my state, Trustees may only administer the trust.
I want Co-Grantors so that if one of us passes, the other may change the trust.
I've reached out to GoodTrust several times about how to create Co-Grantors. They always come back with how to create Co-Trustees and ignore my question about Co-Grantors.
It looks like they can't create a trust with Co-Grantors.

I reached out to GoodTrust because I wasn't able to add more than one beneficiary and was told that the platform currently only allows one substitute beneficiary per primary beneficiary. I paid for the membership with AARP points but lost A LOT of points to not be able to create a will. I had to go to another site that would allow more than one beneficiary.

It did not take a long time to find out how to fill the will.

I got off to a rough start with GoodTrust, in that there was a software glitch that wouldn't allow me to add my son and soul heir. After a few rounds of email with customer support, Leon set up a time to chat with me and helped me resolve this issue to my satisfaction. I came away from the call feeling much more confident in the service and customer support. I hope they get the initial glitch worked out, but am very pleased with my outcome.

I really do not trust "GoodTrust"! I tried their 'singing photo' app, but found it impossible to avoid signing up for cookies, which means I will be inundated with unwanted spam. The singing photos are just clickbait drawing you into endless promotion, extremely irritating.

GoodTrust responds to email questions by the next day

I am redoing my husband's and my trust and wills right now. When I get that done I will send you information on errors and omissions in your software. You do have some issues in your software that could cause people some problems down the road. I am very familiar with Florida and Maine probate and estate law. I have lobbied a couple state representatives to change some things in the Florida Statutes that deals with the probate process, personal representatives and a few other things that I think can be improved greatly for the public.

It’s not perfect but it definitely got the job done! Simple and relatively quick.
