Watch out for what you are allowed to claim for, NOTHING seems to be the answer with an irritating lady repeating the words YOU SIAD NO! over and over again!

The first response is always NO unless you send hours on a call challenging you claim.

Poor service, would not recommend!!

John Lewis are absolutely shocking special during these uncertain times, they simple do not care about their customers.

They were actually happy for me to go ahead and write a bad review about them! Which for me speaks volumes in that all they care about is money and not a solution.

Having been passed around five people and I asked to speak with the ‘Customer Service’ manage on duty, but was told they didn’t want to speak with me as they didn’t have anything else to say - absolutely disgusting. All I wanted was an exchange. I even gave them possible solutions which they disregarded. This day in age, how big the company is and especially during these uncertain time and the fact they are still doing click and collects, they couldn’t arrange an exchange on a faulty product that I brought in store.

Apparently my daughter has to now wait until the shops are open to play with here wooden tea set she got for Christmas!

So annoyed as I thought John Lewis were better than this. They are not the caring and kind company I thought they were.

Would certainly now shop elsewhere which is a shame.

Yet again Three Mobiles are trying it on told me to end my contract it would be £35.32 which they took out 2 September. Then they sent a bill for £29.99 to be paid on 15 September, on the 7th September Thayer tried to take that out. If I had not stopped my Direct Debit they would have taken that as well. When I got in touch I was told they need to pay me the money back so I need to set my Bank details up. Just to say I will not be giving them any details as they aren't to be trusted.

We had shutters fitted by Hillarys and the end result was exceptional. The lead fitter Darren and trainee were a pleasure to have in our home, not only did they do a wonderful job but they were polite and courteous. They observed all Covid-19 regulations all the time and left our home perfectly clean up completion.

The representative of holidaygem was very helpful and polite so please tell any one who was thinking of useing them then please do so

I ordered a console table from oak furniture superstore. I was told it will be delivered between 1-3 weeks. I rang after 4 weeks and was told that it may dock in uk on 25/98
It is disappointing. Not to give false information to customer

I placed an order with easylife 20/06/2020 still not received it 10/07/2020 or been able to contact them ,I have lost count of how many emails I have sent them and how many times I have been told to ring back later as all lines are busy.but if I ring to place an order I usually get through before hanging up .don't deal with this company

Bought six Flower Fairies from Olive and Sage. They are beautiful. Great quality and delivery fast. I have them sitting in my garden next to my waterfall/fountain and they just look magical. This is a genuine company and I ordered from Facebook. Will order from this company again. Thank you spread the 🧚‍♀️ fairy dust🧚‍♀️.

Absolutely livid I don't have a lot of money and I painted my hall stairs and landing it nearly killed me I sent off for a poster which was going to be over £20 but really wanted it I never received it they never got back to me it's incredibly hard for anybody to get hold of them disgusted do not buy from them(fruuogo) is the online company

Terrible company!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! My order still says in preparation, has been for over two weeks, messaged multiple times and I was told I would hear back in a couple of days, guess what? I didn't , messaged again, they said they would raise the issue with the manager heard nothing again, I rang them they were so unhelpful and useless. They said I would get a refund because the supplier hasn't got the item I ordered, hopefully I'll get the refund but I don't see it as they are completely useless. all the other reviews are saying similar to what happened to me, avoid this company

**Edit I did get a refund after moaning lots about it, still not happy. Been let down and messed around for weeks

I have bullet pointed my grievances below,details are in the emails I have sent to The Range.
Damaged suite.
Left with 2 suites due to failed collection.
Damaged wall and door casing.
Was sent documents that showed forged signature on disclaimer.
4 months trying to resolve but very little help or support.
Mostly ignored.
Will be seeking legal advice especially for the fraudulent part.

During this very difficult time I have been online urgently searching for a bed, as mine was so old a leg feel off!
I attempted to contact a variety of retailers and I have only actually have received communication from David Page at Bensons for Beds.
Having lost a receipt for a bed I purchased for my son last year and wanting the same bed for myself, I looked online & found it at Bensons for Beds.
David Page has gone out of his way to find my previous purchase and kept me informed by several email messages. David also recommended two beds I may have had interest in. Finally it was discovered I had purchased the original bed at another retailer.Having admitting this to David he has still offered to support me in my search, however, the recommendations are out of my price range. You get what you pay for & although I can not make a purchase, I received outstanding service from David. Thankyou

After I phoned Klarna about an issue where someone had stolen my identity using a fake email from ...@saintly.com. It would be laughable if it were not true. I phoned Klarna’s customer service department and they assured me they had many such cases and I should ignore the statements they had sent because someone was making many such fake purchases.
I reported the crime to action crime after several attempts.
The latest is they appointed ARC Europe as a debt collector. Klarna has never told me what the alleged goods are I am supposed to purchase. Until I received a Klarna’s statements I had never heard of Klarna, nor had subscribed to them via the fake ...@saintly.com email. So I contacted Klarna once more and this time I was transferred to the Security Department who realized a fraud had taken place when I explained men do not use expensive hair strengtheners from women’s hair salons. I gave them my Action Fraud crime reference. Then they asked me to phone ARC Europe the debt collector. Finally, all has gone quiet and I hope the issue is finally resolved.
There should be LAWS to stop such companies from threatening people out of the blue.

I am not a customer, but a freelance contractor of this company, desperately trying to finally get paid overdue invoices. Yet so far, only delaying tactics from the payment department. To not pay your contractors in time is, IMHO, rather unethical. Which puts in question the whole TRUST of Trustpoint.
