We have a Blomberg Freezer which has recently sent us a warning that the temperature is faulty in the freezer which is still under warranty. We have tried to contact Blomberg Customer service for over a week by calling them by phone, emailing several times, and sending messages via their database. We haven't received confirmation from their customer service the phone just rings out.

I had to wait over 45 minutes today to be served at the post office (w h smith) sutton no staff just one poor man all on his own to take all the moans from the customers since the post office has gone in to wh smith the service is rubbish never no staff there 😑

Alles was goed geregeld , vervoer van en naar het hotel , de mensen waren heel vriendelijk , gaven goede uitleg , mijn dokter Noora was echt heel vriendelijk en heeft uitstekend werk geleverd , ik ben heel tevreden over het resultaat . Mijn vertaler en begeleider Nerius was heel vriendelijk , gaf goede uitleg , en begeleide ons uitstekend . Heel tevreden !

Worst experience ever

Wonderful experience. Elaine the owner was so friendly and knowledgeable she instantly put me at ease. Toby is a Romain rescue and is a very nervous dog but Elaine and the hosts worked really hard with him and he loved his stay. We received photos all week which was very reassuring. I would definitely recommend this service to other dog owners.

I ordered flowers and Prosecco from M&S to be delivered by a certain day. The delivery never arrived and a had no notification that it was delayed. I contacted M&S. they said yodel had received it but something there end meant the flowers didn’t get delivered. Really poor that I had to chase the delivery. M&S did reorder them but they still arrive a day late. I was only given a £5 voucher as compensation. I would have expected a full refund. Terrible service, will not use again.

Our experience with Sopra Steria (Croydon,UK) was horrible. The lady who attended us had aggressive behaviour and was rude. My daughter felt so bad that she cried as well after leaving the premises.All this happened when we visited their office 35 Dingwall Road , Croydon.

I have booked a flight ticket with Travel2be on 9th March but did not receive any tickets yet. I have tried to connect with them over email and call but no response. I have called Emirates Airline and they confirmed that there is no booking made with Passenger name. Looks like its a scam or fraud to me.

I ordered a sofa , chair, and footstool from Designer Sofa4U. Co. UK I received it last Friday the 4th of March 2022. It was covered in plastic I asked the delivery men if I could take the plastic of before they left they said no and asked me for the balance producing a debit card machine. The foot stool I ordered hadn't arrive they said they knew nothing about one. I unwrapped the furniture the cushion for the chair had just been thrown on it it hadn't been properly filled in one or the corners ir was all crumpled there was quite a few marks on the sofa and chair. I rung the company and they could have cared less he said I had to email my complaint with photos I asked to speak to a manager they said no I wrung up 3 times they put me on hold no one answered. I told them my mobile was broken I was waiting for a new one they told me to go ask someone to let me use theirs. I am 76yr I couldn't do this it was rude I said. My daughter in law came the next day she was horrified when she saw the furniture and emailed them with photos. On the Monday I wrote a review someone must have read it has the phoned me and said they would collect it and if it needed mending they would mend it I said no I wanted a full refund they said if I asked for that they would keep 30% I said that was illegal they said I had no option but to have the furtitire inspected and if marke they would mend it. I contacted the citizens advice bureau they said it was totally illegal as it was within the 30 days if the furniture wasn't satisfactory I could get a full refund. I had to fell them this in a letter that they would compile for me. I would never get anything from this furm again and defiantly never reccemend them.

BATHSTORE at Homebase. I recently purchased a floorstanding toilet uniit. It arrived with a toilet cistern included in the price. However, the cistern was not the one I ordered and does not even fit inside the Toilet unit. I have made three phone calls and sent four emails, with photos showing that the cistern is incorrect and unfit for purpose. All I get after weeks of frustration is a customer service which I can only explain as totally ignorant of my valid complaint. I am told I can buy the cistern I originally ordered, but have to pay another £51!! This has got to be the worst customer service departments that I have ever had the misfortune to experience.

I have my Honest opinion and review about universal credit in a very polite manner that was not harmful or illegal in anyway shape or form and I received an email today stating my review of universal credit was removed because it was harmful yous have got to be joking. I'll be contacting trust point to have explained in further detail as to why my review seemed harmful when it wasn't. Regards Lesley

UPDATE: 23.02.22 Just had an email from De Dietrich customer service in French of course just to be unhelpful as usual Stating that they DO NOT SUPPLY PARTS FOR SMALL APPLIANCES depends on what you call small and how expensive. Best to avoid buying this company's products.

Do not purchase this product. I have contacted every De Dietrich supplier in the UK and NONE will repair this product or even attempt to help you resolve a repair issue

A good appliance as long as it works. Considering the cost of a few hundred pounds one would expect a good back-up repair service. FORGET IT Nobody is prepared to repair or replace parts. Contacted the manufacturer in France and since it has changed ownership the service level is ZERO. You have to contact them in French as they do not speak English and even after sending an e-mail in French they do not even have the good business manners of responding. Whatever you do DON'T BELIEVE WHAT THE AFTER SALES SERVICE PROMISE YOU AS IT'S NON EXISTANT

Placed an online order with BOOTS CHEMIST boots.com appalling service!!!! I didn't receive no notification regarding collection for my order! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with customer service! I ordered a gift for my sons 21st... Expected an outstanding service. What a let down by a well established company:((((
