Huma has been one of the best things to enter our lives. That may sound over the top but she is absolutely brilliant. The words 'thank you' never seem to be enough.

We were able to find a really good carer through this platform. We would give five stars, but unfortunately, the carer is occasionally not able to come every week. When she does come, though, she is brilliant.

Brilliant with regards to setting up last minute care for my dad, the only let down was that the carer didnt really engage with him. No rapport , which was a shame given that the carers hour per day company was all the company he had.

Sue MacPartlin became my mother’s carer last year and we certainly struck gold. She developed a very close bond with my mother very quickly. She went over and above with the care she provided. She treated my mother with respect and dignity at all times and I couldn’t have wished for anything more. Sadly my mother passed away suddenly and Sue has offered us her support too.

We used Trust on Tap after being let down by an in house carer service where my elderly mum is resident.

The great thing is you can choose your carer, illness and holidays aside it will always be the same person so mum has and will continue to build a great relationship with her and there is scope to increase the hours as mum’s needs arise with no problem!

The carer was reliable, reassuring and friendly and kept in touch if she encountered any problems.

My mother received the most amazing care from Tara. She provided thoughtful, personal, supportive care which felt more like a caring friend than a professional service. She did everything to make our mum's life varied and interesting when possible, and helped out with daily tasks with warmth and enthusiasm. We totally trusted her with our mum and are forever grateful for making the last few months of our mum's life so comfortable and happy.

when my mother was discharged from the hospital. A care plan was given to her. The fact that my mother lived with us made things extremely stressful for the family to start.The carers were very professional, the process went very smoothly, and the communication was professional. I was recommended to Trust on Tap in a moment of crisis. They managed to get help for my mother on the day from a standing start. The carer came from Oxford to High Wycombe and then stayed for longer than previously asked for.
