Just an awful user experience - have tried and failed to use the face scan obligation for nearly an hour, many dozens of attempts. Finally it works - at an angle where I'm staring straight into a fluorescent light in the ceiling - but that apparently fails a "liveness" check, which is something we're only told hours later. Companies using the service shouldn't ask if their client customer service is good - they should ask the people they force to use the service if it works in 5 minutes or 500.

The person I spoke to on call, Ruth, was really lovely and patient. She guided me through the entire process and helped me what documentation I needed and gave me other additional information. I really appreciate the help and she deserves every praise out of this interaction.
