GOOD COLLECTION OPTION
The ordering was quick and easy, and I was kept up to date with the delivery process. The option of choosing a Locker as a collection point is a great idea.

Besvarelse fra Trusted PPE
Hello Ron,
thank you for speaking to me this morning and making us aware that you had not yet received your order and again as per our phone call I apologize again for this.
I have raised an investigation with the courier firm and raised you a replacement which has already been despatched before lunch today.
I hope this is all in order for you and again we apologize for the courier issues you have experienced with your order unfortunately this is something which is out of our control and I hope you can understand this.
Stay Safe!

Fantastic service
I had a delivery from TPPE which through no fault of theirs was delivered to the wrong address, fortunately (using the proof of delivery photo and Google Maps) I was able to figure out where it had gone and retrieved it.
Upon opening it late that night I found one of the bottles of sanitiser was leaking so I sent an email with a photo included. The next day I received an email apologising for the damage and stating that a replacement was being sent out. That arrived the very next day.
The decision to call themselves 'Trusted PPE' is justified in the excellent service I have received from them over the past few years. I don't receive any form of incentive from them, neither do I have any personal or professional connection to them outside of being a grateful customer receiving excellent, professional service from them.

High quality product, poor quality delivery. The packaging was a shameful waste of resources.

I can always rely on Trusted PPE
I know I can always rely on the products and service of Trusted PPE. I think this may be my third order now, it won't be my last for sure. My order arrived quickly and as usual, very well and safely packaged. All the order was as described, I'm very happy with it and have started to use already. I really love the smart Touch-Free Key and should have got this ages ago! I totally recommend Trusted PPE and will order again in the future. Thank you Trusted PPE.

Masks arrived on the date specified and were well packed. While I have been ordering face masks from Trusted PPE since 2020 I haven't had the flu for the first time in donkeys years. Wearing a face mask has really protected me from the flu, the Corona virus and for the first time in several decades I do not have to use my blue inhaler. I will continue to make further purchases of face masks and hand sanitizer from Trusted PPE. Thank you on behalf of my lungs. They have never been so healthy. *****
