From the beginning Mr. Ali was very easy to communicate with, and supported and guided me through every stage of the process.

Mr. Ali supported me throughout the entire sakes process. And in scheduling, & co-ordinating my appointments with Openreach to ensure a smooth transition and install taking place.

My internet now is fully operational and I very satiated with the speed.

Was with xln thinking i was paying £35 a month untill Rubin came into my shop and questioned it and made me look at my bill and realised i was paying £70 plus . I changed immediately and glad i did been paying now £45 a month for 4 months and still paying the same now. I trust Trust business now and have give them also 2 friend referrals and gave £140 for referring my friends so yeah fair and honest company.

We left Talk Talk who we had been usıng for more than 10 years. But, when Mr. Abdul Aiı Elaouzı approached us we decıded to switch.

We explained our requirements to Mr. Elaouzı and he listened ıntentıvely. And we trusted hıs judgement and professionalism ın provıdıng us with a solution to the problems we had.

We had amazing support from our Account Manager Mr. Elaouzı and when we called hım for support, ıt dıd not matter ıf ıt was morning/evening or weekends, we had a prompt response, whenever we called.

The backup technical support team Mr. Elaouzı assıgned to us were also very professional especially Prasenjt, who went the extra mıle for us even at the weekends.

I would strongly advise people to avoid this broadband company. They advertised a cheap monthly price and made it sound like I was getting a great deal, but after signing up, my bills started increasing with little to no clear explanation. The pricing they promised and the pricing they actually charged were completely different.What made the experience even worse I was trying to cancel. Customer service was unhelpful, I was passed between departments, and every attempt to leave was met with excuses, delays, or additional charges. It felt like they were making it as difficult as possible to end the contract.The whole experience has been frustrating, misleading, and stressful. If you're considering this provider, read every detail carefully and be prepared for unexpected price increases and a difficult cancellation process. This by far is the worst company I have ever been with
