The products are bad. The service are bad. But the lies are good. They claim they have 100 % satisfied guarantee yet they care at all about you once you have ordered. They don't respond in a day (rather in weeks) as they, also, claim. When they do "respond" they haven't read what you asked and responds on something not even spoken about. If you are not satisfied you should do as they do, lie and tell them you didn't receive the package as that is what they do. They won't honor the 100% satisfied guarantee at all.

Absolutely Ridiculous!
I ordered the travel backpack over 15 weeks ago and still did not receive my parcel. I have emailed them countless amounts of times and tried to contact them via their Facebook page and still received no reply but one stating next week delivery at the latest. That was 3 weeks ago now. They even had the audacity to add a smiley face " :) " to the end of their email. I even threatened with legal action now and they still have not budged with even replying to the messages. NEVER buy from them! You will only regret it.

I ordered a product from this website (a star projector) and it took almost two months to arrive. When it did arrive, it was a total piece of garbage! The directions were only in Chinese, the product smelled of industrial waste, and it was truly impossible to assemble because it had missing parts. When I tried to return the product, the customer service was truly awful, not replying for days or weeks, and then refusing to accept my return even though they have a "90-day satisfaction guarantee, no questions asked."

Please, do not give these people your business, you will regret it!!!!

I ordered a product from TrulyDeals on July 22nd and was told it would arrive in 20 business days which, excluding holidays would be August 22. I repeatedly tried to contact them (email is the only way to contact them) to find out where my order was and was only told repeatedly that it would come "next week." I asked 3 times for a tracking number, in bold, and my request was never acknowledged. There was also NEVER any tracking updates on their site which if you get a confirmation email there is a link in it to get the shipping updates. The product finally arrived on three weeks into September and was broken. I immediately took pictures and let them know that I just wanted my money back, did not want a replacement as it took way too long to get here the first time and I wasn't waiting again. They asked me which part was broken....the instructions are in Chinese so even if I wanted a replacement I have 0 idea what the part is called. Now they aren't responding at all. Save yourself some money and frustration and buy elsewhere.

Bad bad Company, got the star projektor. Do your self a favor and dont buy it. Pieces dosent fit.

WHERE IS MY ORDER? IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH. I have not received my order. It has been over a month and I'm extremely annoyed that I trusted your company but received nothing. I have waited until this long to write to you as I understand that shipping internationally takes a while. I will now require a refund as clearly the order is not making its way to me after all this time has gone. I will not hold back with reviews and making an official complaint by other means otherwise.

Horrible customer service. Received the cosmo projector 2 months later, only to find that i had to assemble the electronic components and extremely cheap plastic parts together, and it's also battery operated. Requested a return since i can not assemble this product, and was told that they don't do returns based on dissatisfaction, even though they boast their 100% satisfaction guarantee. Regardless of whether i was satisfied or not, the product does not work as described, which is fraudulent. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a product and I never received it, it is more than 2 months that I am waiting. They don't want me to give the refund. DON'T BUY!

I ordered a Cosmos star projecter for 25 $ + shipping. When it finally arrived 1.5 month later it was one big puzzle in which i had to put together myself. Before I even got to the finish point it was destroyed and couldn't be used.

Ware bestellt seit über 6 Wochen nichts erhalten. Support meint das es 4 Wochen gehen könne. Jetzt auf einmal steht auf der Webseite es könne auch 6 Wochen gehen. Auf Facebook andere kennen gelernt die seit 10 Wochen keine Ware haben. Auf mein Schreiben ich wollte das Geld zurück kommt keine Antwort mehr.
