Never recieved my tag, nor did I get any response to my emails requesting an update. Wish I had checked trustpilot before ordering, AVOID!!!

DO NOT USE....like others...wish id checked here first...awful company ...didnt receive order...no response to emails.... upon raising a dispute with my bank..they suddenly contacted me..with a threatening email to close dispute.....and laughable claim to have fulfilled 15000 orders since 2021 and never not delivered ....really...apart from the hundreds of dissatisfied customers on here and im sure plenty more! Awful customer service and awful company....avoid at all costs ..would give 0 stars if could

Just to clarify for accuracy..a chargeback was raised as products not received and no response to emails (I contacted you, as did other customers) as a genuine concern, especially after checking other reviews on trust pilot. I would never knowingly do something against proceedure/policy and misuse a process; I genuinely raised it as felt I had been victim to a scam website on social media and I did find your tone and email to be threatening.
If nothing else im pleased that by highlighting these awful reviews in my email to you, I can see that you have now responded to many dissatisfied customers today.

Dispatch dates are a fantasy
When I pre-ordered a tag on 26th July the product details said reordered items would be sent at the end of July. Email acknowledgement of the order referred me back to item details for dispatch so no extra information. Anyway today is 7th August and the item details still say preordered items will be sent at the end of July. Interestingly the price has increased fro £14.99 to£19.99. Are people who paid more getting their items faster. Utterly shambles

Wish I’d read these before I ordered
Wish I’d read these before I ordered! They’ve had my money for two weeks now and no response from emails. The confirmation said there was high demand but 2 weeks is unacceptable and now I’m out of pocket.
Despite comment below my order is still not with Royal Mail 5 days after I received dispatch notification and still no reply to emails. Not happy!

Same as everyone on here, ordered - took ages then complained by email and it was miraculously shipped the next day - tracking still shows they have not handed to royal mail but simply processed a label there end

The same for me, ordered on 1st of July and received an email on 16th that has been dispatched. To date, no tag, no reply to any of my emails or instagram messages. Definitely do not recommend!

Terrible company
Terrible company, ordered x2 dog tags on 7th July and was informed they would be dispatched in a week. Its now 31st July and I still haven't heard anything.
I sent an email but have not had a reply.
At this point I would just like a refund as I need to get some tags sorted before my holiday as they have my parents details on when they are looking after my dogs.
Don't waste your money with this company.
No tags, no replies to emails
Like many others, weeks later and still no tags, have emailed twice and now just sent a note on their website. Ordered on 6th July, apparently despatched on on 16th July using 48hrs, but tracking says not received by Royal Mail. Awful service and such a shame as such a good idea and thought they looked like great tags. Will give them a few more days and then will claim back on credit card.

Ordered a dog tag on 5th July as was promised a quick turnaround. It is now the 29th July and I’ve yet to receive my order, leaving my dog without a tag for almost a month. The tracking number they have provided states it hasn’t even been received my Royal Mail yet. Their customer service is non existent - I have emailed twice to follow up and have received zero response. Do not use this company they are an utter shambles.

Unfortunately the same issue as a lot of other reviews. Received an email from Royal Mail saying awaiting item to be dispatched. After 6 weeks no delivery. One response to my email promising dispatch but since then no communication.
Really this is just theft.

Goods not received, no answer to email…
I placed an order on 29th June for two tags for a new puppy that I was picking up 3 weeks later, plenty of time I thought, allowing for the fact that they tell you they're processing lots of orders so may take longer than usual.
I've received a mail to say items were dispatched on 16th July, still not received, no tracking info as Royal Mail are still waiting for item.
Emails sent and NO RESPONSE as yet!!!
I'm sick of companies taking your hard earned money and not delivering.
I have had to get a tag from elsewhere as I now have my puppy!!!

DO NOT USE! This company takes your money, promising fast delivery, then does nothing. No order, no response, no refund. Have tried contacting via email and Facebook but continue to ignore. I have reached out to them to have respect about taking people's hard earned money, but again no response. I hope they find some ethics, as I don't have much money, and have been left out of pocket and without my tags that are a requirement for my dogs.

I placed an order on 6th July and I am still waiting for my delivery. I received an email to say the order was on its way on 16th July but Royal Mail is still expecting it. As other reviewers have said, I would not purchase from this website. The product itself is good but there are other websites and stores that do exactly the same.

Terrible service. Ordered tags on 25 June which have not arrived and company not responding to e-mails. I am beginning to this this company is a scam given the other reviews. DO NOT USE.

Lovely tags they look so cute on my dog and finally I can sleep without being woken up by rattling!! Unlike others my tags arrived quickly and early maybe was a temporary issue.
