Wrong order, then Wouldn’t answer any emails
They wouldn't respond to any emails with updates on the order, and when they did, it was in the wrong colour. I still haven't received a reply, despite sending multiple emails to the website and email address. Still waiting to hear back...

I ordered a dog tag weeks ago. It has not arrived. I have messaged and emailed them at least 7-8 times.All you get is an automated response:
“Our estimated delivery timeframes are on our shipping policy page. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as it’s on its way.”
No personal service, I have tried emails, Facebook, message service on their website…NOTHING.
They do not deserve to be in business.

Whilst the product itself is good (ordered my first one in 2024), I’m growing convinced no one seems to work there. Just like my first order, when I had to chase up the delivery because despite their SLA (top tip T&P, SLAs are to under promise and over deliver, not just something you write for funsies), I had no communication of shipping and it exceeded their 5 day lead time, only to get a “it’s summer we’re busy” response. Which given the type of product, the tags should be pre-made and then 5 minutes to laser on the design/details? My tag broke last month, so I ordered a new one 29th Jan; again, 5 day lead time goes by. I’ve emailed twice from 30th Jan; no response, I messaged their Instagram, no response, and when I’ve cancelled my order - quelle surprise, with the exception of an automated email, no response.
When I went to check my order confirmation, apparently they’re still busy with summer volumes, in January??
Just avoid - over priced, no service and frankly - what’s the point spending £20 on a tag that’ll never show up? Absolutely appalling

I had a Truffle and Paw dog tag and my dog lost it in the woods one day, so I went and ordered some more. This was weeks ago and despite chasing I have heard absolutely nothing about my order. I just want to cancel it at this point and they won't even respond to me.

Do not buy from here - never arrived and no communication
Submitted an order on 08/01/26, almost 4 weeks ago. Submitted an enquiry on 22/01/26 to chase this up - no reply to date.
We collected our puppy in the meantime so had to buy an alternative.
Wish I’d read other reviews before submitting my order. Would not recommend.
ZERO COMMUNICATION - AVOID
Ordered on 18th January 2026, waited almost 2 weeks to chase with an email no response at all. So then tracked on their website a week later saying unfulfilled so now requested to cancel as the tags were ordered for our dogs going to the dog sitter and they are needed urgently now so having to look elsewhere. Really disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend based on their customer service and communication
This Company Has Gone BUST
We ordered some tags from this company in early January. No sign of tags after 3 weeks so checked them out. Truffle&Paw are a trading name of a company called B&K Products Ltd - Company number 12912676. They were wound up in November 2025. So looks like anyone who ordered after should look at getting onto their bank for a refund and perhaps contact trading standards.
Avoid at all costs
Unfortunately I’ve had the same experience as many others. We placed our Truffle & Paw order 3rd January 2026 and have received nothing, they’re not responding to emails, we have requested a cancellation and they have not gotten back to us on that either.
We had had no other option but to do a charge back with our bank, please avoid at all costs.

I, like many others, have used the company in the past and been happy with product and delivery time. However, I placed an order on the 24th December 2025 expecting there to be a delay but I have heard NOTHING! No response to emails, messages, telephone number not connecting….no response or refund to two cancellation requests. It’s a pity as the tags (if they arrive) are lovely.
Poor comms and slow delivery
Ordered once before and was happy but placed an order on 28th December 2025 and now on 16th January no information on when I can expect delivery. Have sent messages via the website and no response. Was told to expect delivery within 8-9 days but even allowing for new year holidays, this has been really slow. Disappointing as it’s a great product. UPDATE - reversed the charge on my credit card and the tags were dispatched within a few days. No apology or explanation. They arrived minus the pictogram on the reverse which I ordered. But at least I have something for the money albeit 7 weeks since I ordered.

No product delivered after nearly two months of waiting and zero customer service - just automated emails to any type of query. I note they are still paying for Google searches but they seem to be generating business that they cannot fulfil.

“ Hi Natalie, thank you for your order. Due to high demand and the summer period, it is taking us longer than normal to process orders and we thank you for your patience.
Currently we estimate orders with all in-stock items to be processed in 1 week.
Orders with pre-order items will be processed when the relevant stock is received. Latest estimates for delivery times are available on each product page during the ordering process before checkout.
Please refer to our shipping policy, terms of service and refund policy for further details
We will notify you when your order has been despatched.”
The part about summer period isn’t really relevant for an order I made in November? I sent an email to them on 19th November to chase up and still no reply??
Awful
Awful, non existent level of customer service. Product arrived and it’s great but will not use again.
Took over a month to arrive with no communication despite 3 different emails asking for an update. Unsure if it’s a coincidence or not, but requested a refund via American Express and the next day, the product was posted. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend. Amazon do cheaper alternatives that look no different to what we got.
