Best Sea Moss
Have been getting my moss from them for the last couple of years. They are the best. It helps my energy/skin/body/hormonal cycle a lot more. I can tell the difference when I’m taking it vs not.
Had to push back my subscription cause I got behind on the jars, it was really easy and actually helpful talking to their ai and it did it instantly for me which I thought was crazy

Well I was concerned about my July…
Well I was concerned about my July order showing on my end as delivered(Shop app) but I hadn't received it and they assured me that it was still in transit because they pulled my account on their end. My mind was put at ease after the conversation with them, very helpful and quick responses. I highly recommend everyone to try their products because the sea moss gel is working for me!

Auto ship.
I didn’t know I was on auto delivery until I received info that a 2nd order had shipped out. The 1st order was a gift & I was hoping to return the 2nd order as I don’t eat sea moss. Unfortunately I was informed only the original order can be returned within 30 days. (It is in writing if your looking for it) Any orders after that can only be returned if the shipment was damaged. I think this is something that should be made clear when purchasing your 1st order. The customer service rep was polite in advising me of this. The person I gifted it to likes the product! Maybe I will see if they want to purchase this order at the reasonable price I paid for it. Hopefully the product is not damaged. Order is in good packaging!

The response to one of my jars broken in my order was right away. As a customer it was my responsibility to report it right away so that the company knows it was no fault of my own. I can always appreciate excellent customer service. I will be ordering again.

Incredible customer service
I just ordered 3 jars! I am very excited to try this out. I have read about sea moss for years and they had a great deal going. I used Apple Pay and had the wrong address attached and immediately messaged their customer service to put in the right one and within just a few hours they had updated my address and even saved it to my account. I had a great shopping experience, from the beginning of their video which was very detailed about the purity of their products, which I ordered 2 jars of different flavors.
The video drew me in as True Sea Moss took you on a journey to insure why their products were superior overall to other sea moss products out there to get the properties of how sea moss is beneficial to your body.
The Pineapple - Mango was exceptional & the Soursop flavors with a consistency of fine applesauce when chilled.
The complimentary 30 tasty gummies for adults & kids very tasty &soft, almost melt in your mouth texture, added a nice touch.
Looking forward to be a returning client in the near future.
