I ordered some compass orienteering…
I ordered some compass orienteering medals. Unfortunately the compass is just an image, not a working compass. The description did not make this clear at all. The image is quite cheap looking. Pretty disappointed but don't feel it's worth returning at my expense and paying and delivery fees again to order an alternative.

Parcel was delivered by amazon
Parcel was delivered by amazon. They left an image of the parcel outside my front door when i live on a main road and was away working for 3 days. The parcel was gone when i got home. Not put behind anything or giving to a neighbour nothing left outside the front door on a main road. I have spoke to amazon who advised to speak to you over a refund and i have heard nothing. Terrible order from somewhere else

Made nearly a £1k order and when I called to add one more item, barely 20mins after placing the large order, I was told I wasn’t allowed and would have to order it separately and pay for delivery again. Requested to speak to the manager and gave details for a call back and had no response.
Awards arrived on time, which I gave the 1 star for, and when opened 3 of the awards were falling apart and I had to super glue parts of it together on the actual awards day.
Terrible service and cheap awards for the price.
