How thoughtless!
As far as the trophies received go they deserve 5 stars. As far as delivery of those trophies goes I would give 1 star. We were expecting the parcel. Three people were in my home on the day of delivery but the parcel was left on my doorstep without anyone knocking the door or ringing the bell to tell us it was being delivered. My home faces a busy road...anyone could have walked away with it

Incorrect engraving
Hi, the trophies where excellant and came in teh timeframes detailed. However we had 7 trophies that he engraving was incorrect. Having checked the trophies against the spreadsheet we supplied the error was 100% on your side. we had to take teh plates off and have new ones done locally at an extra cost, only small but it was a dissapointment. If this had all been correct then you would have got 5 stars.
