I've ordered many times the viral Lip Stain from Trop. I really really really love it and recommend it. The last time I ordered it, I had a small issue with it and I delivered my message to a sweet lady named Sarah and she was amazing!! Very respectful, very demure and she solved my problem the same day!! My experience overall with Trop and it's employees is wonderful! Keep up team, you're going places <3
