UPDATE following the company’s response:
I think before publicly responding to my review, you should first coordinate with your own team and verify the actual timeline of what happened.
I posted this review before your team properly responded to me. At the time, I had already been waiting for around a week and following up. Your team later explained to me that the delay was because the person responsible was on urgent/sick leave, and you acknowledged and apologized for the delay.
It was only after I posted the review and continued following up, including mentioning that I would escalate the matter to Consumer Protection, that I finally received a call and the case started moving forward. So saying now that my statement about receiving “no proper response” does not reflect what happened is misleading. The review reflected my experience at the time I wrote it. You cannot respond days later and then use that later communication to suggest that my original review was inaccurate.
Regarding the heating issue, yes, I raised it during the phone call. I never claimed that I had mentioned it in my original messages. I still believe there is an issue with the product based on my experience using it, regardless of the conclusion of your inspection.
Even after the inspection, communication was again delayed. Eventually, I asked you to simply return the product to me because I already know I will not be using it anymore.
At this point, I am not interested in arguing back and forth. I would simply suggest that before publicly correcting a customer’s experience, you first check the full history with your own team and make sure the information you are posting is accurate and in the correct chronological order.
I have already asked for my product to be returned to me, and I will handle the matter accordingly from here.
