Your tigard location has a very large field next to it, there are a few of us in the neighborhood that would bring our dogs to too play. We all would clean up after them, and I myself would pick up any other trash I would see nobody was damaging or destroying anything. But now Trojan has put up a fence. I don't see what the harm bringing our dogs to play. It would fall under recreational immunity(trojan would not be liable for anyone getting hurt, etc.) So it comes down to Trojan being a hater of animals.

I have a unit on warner Ave. The only reason I still rent there is because of Sharon the manager. Shes wonderful. But I've been there for over five years and I pay more for my unit than a new tenant pays after the 3 month discount. They do not reward loyalty. They raise your rent every few months. Your 10x10 will be 64 for 2months 160 for a few months then 200. And will continue to raise every few months. The longer you stay the more you pay. It's not climate controlled AT ALL.

We had been paying on a storage unit for years. Were promised our parents remains would be safe, as long as we had a credit card stored on file. They lied to us, we paid for the unit without missing a payment for a decade plus. They updated their software system this past May, removing all clients prior information and notes. We missed 2 payments, were never contacted and our unit was put up for auction. Parents remains are gone, the Rancho Cucamonga location is the absolute worst. Unprofessional and they don't take the situation at hand serious. They have not tried to help in any fashion and we plan to expose all the fraudulent business practices this company employees. You provide them updated contact information and they never update your info.

They are NEVER by the phones. I can leave messages for them to call and they dont. Staff is rude, disrespectful, and lazy. They stole money from my acct not just once but twice. I never gave them permission to take money out of my acct. I would recommend NOT moving in there. YOU WILL BE SORRY, I AM.

Deceptive pricing. They are running a bait-and-switch scheme. They increased my rent by 60% without notice and for no good reasons.

Barbie has excellent communication skille - a seasoned veteran, the storage rooms were clean, and moving carts readily available. We've experienced nothing other than High Five, Five Star service.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this facility. I was unexpectedly hit with unauthorized charges, and when I sought clarification in person, the staff was unhelpful and inflexible. Despite presenting clear evidence from my documents, no one offered a solution or even a proper explanation. It felt as if the main priority was to avoid addressing the issue rather than assisting customers fairly and transparently. I cannot recommend this facility for anyone who values proper customer service and honesty.

Do not fall for the introductory half off pricing. They charge you only have the first month and then the second month they charge you full price. For me even though it said three months half price, they only charge half price of the first month and the second month they charge the full price. Surely a lawsuit should get them in order.

I was suckered in with a half price introductory rent for three months . Then after like two months they switched to this lame ass phone app lock and entry system that I was never told about . Which has caused me major problems and grief . Had to buy a different phone to work with the system. .works one day . Not the next . The staff has been good . But I moved here cuz the rent was supposed to be chewer than my last . But now is aloy more expensive. And a major problem showing up with stuff and hoping the app will work to get in ,and still charging me for Insurance I told them I do not want . I'm moving as soon as I can.

When I saw an additional fee added to my storage rate for a "Technology Fee" I should have known this was going to be one of those companies that are going to squeeze every dollar than can out of me.

The Positive:
Staff is nice and pleasant so they do seem to hire well.

The Negative:
Initial sign-up promotions seem to be misleading. My opinion, they should spell out the discount in the lease you sign. You are lead to believe you will be getting a promotional price for 2 full months, but because they pro-rate their billing you get a partial discount one month and then a full month discount. It seems very gimmick-like, Used Car Sales-like tactics.

When asked if rates will be raised, the estimated amount, and the frequency of rate increases that can be expected, you can not get a straight answer.

Overall, I would like to like and trust Trojan, but I have come away with the impression of a company I can expect to see every last dollar to be extracted out of my wallet. I would not be surprised if a new fee is created and applied before year end.

Nancy and staff were truly wonderful. That said this is NOT a safe place to store your vehicle. We were vandalized twice in four months. Many rv’s have been broken into. A plumber lost all his tools. A non-functional vehicle was even towed off the lot. This place is a target despite security cameras and lights. They also only have a duty to notify you if YOUR vehicle is damaged. So beware if you are already parked here

Rude and unprofessional!!!!

My experience with one particular employee and his supervisor, has been very unpleasant, disgusting, and unforgettable. In my professional opinion as well as social, they both are rude and unprofessional uncourteous, over talkers, not allowing a person to speak, or if speaking will interrupt and not stop talking. They will call you names and say things like "you're sick and I don't want to talk to you". And when I mentioned to the supervisor that I want to talk to someone else cuz she had prejudged my complaint or why I was complaining she continued to talk and talk and talk. And this only continued until I myself became loud and told her I didn't want to talk to her anymore I just wanted to talk to someone over her cuz she had already pre-judged my complaint, which that in itself to me is unprofessional and uncourteous as I am the customer and have every right to make a complaint if I'm not satisfied.

But how do we fix this problem? To me it's simple reprimand them, and then retrain them both to be more courteous respectful and be a professional... And to remember you're dealing with the public people that pay good money for your service. Their attitude, behavioral character is a reflection on what the company is or stands for. I believe we have enough problems in this world, and should not have to deal with it in the businesses we patronize in our communities.

was a customer with cube smart then you trojan bought out. so i notice once the change my bill went out about $70. ok it is what it is, but then i was curious and called my trojan and asked if 10x10 are availb and he said yes and price is $119 a month so i ask then why am i paying $174 a month for same unit. He said because i am a customer of 2 years thats why my rate is so high and that he blamed cube smart for jacking my rate up yeah blame old company but never had my rates go up with them until you bought out and that i have to pay $70 more a month because i am a long term customer that pays my bill all the time, total bull s, so i will be leaving trojan for different storage place, usually business treat their loyal customer a little better, but obviously trojan does not, so i would not use trojan unless you don't mind your price to increase the longer you stay.

We started renting here when it was CubeSmart, and then it was bought out by Trojan ever since Trojan took over the billing has been screwed up every month and the elevator to the third-floor where I have two storage spaces has been broken more than it’s been working with no compensation for killing yourself to get your stuff off and on the third floor because there’s only one elevator access. Otherwise, it’s hauling furniture up and downstairs And all we get our excuses as to why it’s not fixed and excuses to why the automatic payment system is not working yet get threatening emails that they’re going to lock our stuff and turn it into collection because they didn’t receive a payment even though we have signed up for automatic payment over and over and over definitely do not rent from these people

Trojan storage in Everett Washington is the biggest rip-off place ever manager that lives on site goes to people storages when the business closes inventories what he wants and but the other people go in there also and then steals your stuff doesn't matter if you pay your bill or not he's going to go through your things and take what he wants and so are the workers there but Kevin the one that lives on site is really fake at first he's really nice and respectful and polite and professional and then with the turn of a switch and I don't know why he just stood up to me swore at me and told me to get the F off his property he wouldn't answer the phones my bill was paid and he stoled all my deceased mother's belongings and all of my childhood and all of my son's childhood everything we owned massive amounts of court papers lots of Irreplaceable things in so many Collectibles that have been collected for years by my mother in a painting collection from Maxfield Parrish worth thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars thousands of dollars in another probably $200,000 just in collectibles it was 40,000 rubber stamps in their forty thousand of them there wasn't Furniture in there it was all Banker boxes full of court papers and collectibles from top to bottom front to back packed in there two storages and I forgot to mention the moving company that was moving my stuff into storage got a unit halfway through the day in their name and half my stuff in it and the manager Kevin said I know it was my fault I should have done that that was bad he admitted it but they wouldn't let me have my stuff he kept that to he is a real piece of work do not trust them I'm telling you do not trust him there the opolis place I've ever used in my life they stole everything from me traumatized me and then support me and chest it up to me and spit in my face Kevin is the worst guy he does drugs in the little makeshift trailer that he had there and then they made him an apartment upstairs so at night she can go through your belongings just remember he's got a really big nose you'll recognize them and the old manager John is just as bad Kevin it's disgusting and gross don't have you young daughters there either there's something wrong with him

BEWARE! They start out being wonderful! They get you all signed up, even when they know you didn't read everything because the situation that brought you to them was beyond stressful and you have anxiety through the roof. Still you get the contract signed and everything goes good for 10 months. Thought I could trust that they would give me a bit of grace for one month. I had an emergency and yes it's my fault for not paying on time! I take my share of the responsibility! How many self storages do you know of that on day 16 of being late puts a lien against your stuff, destroys the lock on your unit and inventories your belongings?? Awful company to do this!! Awful!!

Absolutely tops. The people who work here go above and beyond to help.

The Trojan storage location in Vancouver, WA had some extremely unprofessional and argumentative management. I was inquiring about a unit to store my "OFF ROAD"dirt bikes (none of which currently running) when these 2 women proceeded to tell me that I am required by STATE LAW to have insurance on my (non plated, non street legal) ORV dirt bikes in order to store them in my unit. THIS IS A BLATANT LIE, WA STATE REQUIRES NO SUCH THING ON OFF ROAD VEHICLES/DIRT BIKES/ATV ETC. I was denied service due to a lie these women were telling me. Stating "you must have current registration and insurance in order to own my dirt bikes and store them in a unit". Are these women just dumb or ignorant? How do you register and insure something that does not operate on any roadway? Of course anything can be insured these days, but this is (NOT A REQUIREMENT). THEY SHOULD BRUSH UP ON LEGALITIES IN THE STATE BEFORE TURNING AWAY BUSINESS OF A PAYING CUSTOMER! I WILL NOT BE BACK TO TROJAN STORAGE, I WILL ALSO BE INFORMING MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORAGE FACILITY. I felt extremely discriminated against based on my appearance and attitude, I was being completely honest and straight forward, only to be disrespected and basically pushed out the door! This ruined my entire day!! Thanks!!

TROJAN STORAGE COMPANY IS A RIP-OFF. THEY SEEM GREAT IN THE BEGINNING, BUT THIS IS A VERY LOW-END STORAGE COMPANY THAT PRETENDS TO BE HIGH-END. I WOULDN’T TRUST ANY OF MY BELONGINGS WITH THEM.
