Tripwisers Anmeldelser

Very very bad & pathetic service. My recommendation if someone is planning any trip with tripwisers, it's better not to plan...
Reasons :
1. Very pathatic arrangements.
2. Always miss/wrong communication.
3. Most of the time will go on discussion with them....
4. Hotels provided by them not as per discussion. (Non AC) upgraded by self in the last moment as they denied to upgrade.
5. You can be thrown out from any hotel at any moment of time as we are thrown out from the hotel...

Remaining details will be shared once the trip will be overed.. As we are still waiting just to over our trip.... We are tired enough from their bad service....

Very bad service. Wait for few days, the whole review is under making. Our trip is still on and there's no hotel for us.
Till then don't book any package from them. Trust me you won't regret it.

We visited Thailand a few days back for about 10 days... Was a family vacation with kids... The package was arranged by Tripwisers... First of all, I appreciate them creating a watsapp group for communication right from beginning till the end. We customised the package deal n they were very helpful in giving us options... Rekha was our one point of communication for the trip.... Always alert n very responsive.. Thanks Rekha for all the help... Thanks to Bhavna too from the Sales team for ensuring that all went well...
Coordination with Tripwisers n the local tour company was fantastic and we never faced any issues... In fact we made a last minute change too and they managed it very well.... We were given very good accommodation at hotels and they always kept children in mind.... For example: gave us a connecting room/ adjacent rooms.
My whole hearted thanks to the entire team and whoever was involved in making our vacation a memorable one.
We look forward to more planned holidays...

I always recommend Tripwisers … really take pain personally … economical and still luxurious … specially Anand to whom I always connected … who always listens but sometimes helpless due to his team but still try to sort out things at the earliest.

We went Thailand trip with Tripwisers. We had great experience and remembers there. Rekha very much helped and guided in this trip. She puts her efforts to make our trip joyful and easy. Eventhough small inconveniences we had there we enjoyed the trip. Thanks Rekha for made our trip a nice trip. With best wishes, D. Balraj
