Paid 70000 rupees for Thailand trip because Yatra introduced us to them.
Today in November, just 1 month before the trip,
Their company website is down.
Emails are bouncing.
Phone numbers are invalid.

Next is a police complaint before they run away.

We had booked Thailand package for 8 days via Yatra website.Payment was processed through Yatra payment link.Trip was organised good for the first few days.The unprofessional behaviour started from the 4th day.They tried to book a substandard hotel at Phuket for which i asked for an upgrade immeditely.They told that it will incur an additional cost of Rs 1900/-.Then one of my day tour could not be organised due to some problems with their overseas suplier.I was told to pay for the trip and reimburse the amount later.Its been 1.5 months and refund not yet processed.Overall very poor.Never get ditched.

I wish i can give zero star. They cancelled my trip just before a month. and now they are not refunding the money. Nobody is picking the call.

They spoilt my trip to Bangkok.

1. They book substandard hotel.

2. They dont communicate proper transfer pickup time.

3. They say that your city tour is cancelled as their channel agency ditched and ask us to explore on our own at our own cost inspite of collecting money in advance.

4. They say they will refund a peanut for which they take 15 days and finally end up ditching the customer.

A very good family tour to Thailand.... overall performance was excellent

Great. I loved the way my trip to Bali was organized by Deepa in Tripwisers. She explained everyting in a professional way.My hotels were also upgraded at no extra cost.You guys rock.I will book with you again.

I booked a package to Thailand with Tripwisers and representative Megha was so polite and professional. She booked the Package at a reasonable price and service provided by them in Thailand was amazing💕. I will recommend them to my friends and family members. I will use them again.

I have booked Bali and Bangkok tour with Tripwisers so sharing my true experience here which might help.

1. Everything was happened as per itenary no issues in that department. Even we saw couple of more places in bali which was not there in the itenary. It was very well managed. Plus people in Bali are to sweet 😄

2. Hotels provide are excellent. Specially private pool villa in bali. It worth a mention.

3. Drivers were there to pick us regularly on time. Actually they were coming before given time and wait for us to get ready.

4. I would just give one suggestion, if you are planning water sports activities in Bali ..book in itenery only through Tripwisers else local water sports company wii try to charge extra.

In conclusion.. it was great trip. Had ton of fun. Very thank full to Anubhav who managed everything perfectly.

I loved the way Tripwisers managed our whole trip to Thailand and Bali. I will definitely do my another bookings with this company only. Everything was planned and executed as per itinerary. Our trip was very royal and smooth. I would surely recommend others to plan their trip with u guys bcz my honeymoon was pretty good and properly managed and planned. 5 stars to the company and 5 stars for their services.

If -ve marking is possible i 'll gave them negative 5. This company
Fudge the customers only, and also they blam customers never accept there team issues. During the booking they pretends very sweet to you, say yes to everything which you wants to include in your package but when you go On vacation you 'll face the reality and trust me it 'll spoil your mood as well as your complete trip.
Due to terrorist attack in Thailand they shift my vacation yet till that time my tickets was not booked but they charged 7000 INR for change the flight dates even fare was same on all the sights which i already paid.
On site they 'll show you the reality.
1. they 'll provide sim card, but it 'll not work more than 10 min. (promised time was 30)
2. They have charged 1200 bath (2800 INR) for cab to transfer from airport to hotel yet it was included in package.
3. None of your requirement has been fulfilled by this company.
4. On the name of city tour they have covered only Big Buddha nothing else, not even the places which are included in your package. And when you 'll ask why they 'll say you "due to traffic condition they may cancel your trip" but it was never communicated earlier.
5. I asked for atleast 3* hotel but the room in bangkok was not even single star. There was bad smell, no balcony, no swimming pool humid even you can't breath in the room. My husband has breathing problem & his condition goes worst because of these guys planning.

Please never ever choose this company if you are going for a foreign vacation. I faced a very bad experience there I don't want anyone else came across the same.

It was well organised trip and loved the complimentary hotel upgrades.It was really fun when you are with family to have the ease getting the information handy on whatsapp. Will surely book with you again !!!!

Trip was really good. I booked it for my parents and their friends and had no complaints about the trip. The services they give for the price is commendable.
Only thing they need to concentrate is sharing the details and vouchers as early as possible once they get money they do it at the end moment which is not so cool and refunds if any should be processed at earliest.
Rest assured hotels, sightseeing, cars, everything was totally worth.

Good trip overall. Rain made it worse for us when our Island tour was cancelled all of a sudden and we were left at the port thinking what to do. Tripwisers managed our transfer back to the hotel and provided the tour next day. Good thing they did't charge us for that. Will recommend them.

You could not ask for a worse trip planner
They will charge you intially by giving you a glamorous itenary. but as soon as you reach your destination you will hold your head in regret.
They will communicate different hotels and won't pick up the calls.
Always, their pick up time would be 3-4 hrs late leaving you stranded in a lobby.
If you are a couple or a family, you will be the most vulnerable as they book hotels with sub standard quality.
We will also be requesting yatra to de list this vendor from their systems.
I re iterate please stay away from tripwiser.
They will admit their mistakes but wont take any actions to correct it or prevent from occurring it again.
Pathetic experience with tripwisers.

Giving 1 star as negative rating is not possible on this website. Tripwisers are absolutely nightmare agency through which you can book your travel. Completely unorganized people are running this company which is supported by Yatra. Every minute in a foreign country is precious for a traveller but thanks to these unorganized people we lost so much of our time waiting for transportation and hotel bookings.
1. Hotel bookings are never informed or confimed prior.
2. Hotel bookings are made on the spot by this agency so as that the guest is at maximum risk of being evicted from the room.
3.Payment to the hotel, driver are never confirmed by them because they think as they received all the payment its the guest's that have to manage all the things. These people will leave you stranded waiting in some place and take their sweet time to further goof a already messed up situation
4. Pick up timings are never informed prior so that guest is unable to make any plans of their own and waste their trip waiting for them to inform you their unorganized plan. Completely ruined our plans by informing wrong timings for pickups and events and then blatantly lying about the transportation being stuck when clearly the transport was never arranged by them on time except for one instance where the driver had met with an accident. They will inform you to wait in the lobby at 530pm for a pick up which they schedule at 730pm for which they make us wait claiming that the cab is stuck in traffic somewhere but clearly the driver was never informed about 530pm pickup It is most expensive waiting i had to do in my entire life as every hour is precious when u have just 2 days in some place.
5. We made the biggest mistake of our life to trust these people with our time and money to visit thailand. Not only did they waste our time
we were forced to make payments which weren't suppose to do. Helpless and unable to get any timely support from these people we had to risk our money.
6. The useless Whatsapp group which they make is only to inform you that you have to waste some more of your time before the actual pickup is made so that the guest is unable to go anywhere or relax, waiting in the lobby for transport to arrive.
7. Also a very important point that every hotel in thailand ask for a hefty amount as security charge from the guest before giving the room which this agency will never inform you so be prepared with extra cash at all times before check in the hotel.
8. There is no local contact for this agency to handle any emergencies or urgent requests. There is huge language barrier in Thailand and without any local contact it becomes almost impossible to have any information. The guest is on the mercy of any uninformed & unorganised trip mis-organiser in India to read the Whatsapp message and respond to the message.
I hope anyone reading this review has been well informed in advance to risk there time and money and book there travel with this agency. They ruined the trip for us and will definitely ruin it for others.
