Professional and friendly day service
From my first enquiry about putting a piano into storage to having it delivered every contact was helpful and professional. I was delighted with the care taken to wrap the piano when it was removed and the same professional care was shown when it was returned. Many thanks

This was the smoothest service I have ever experienced for moving my furniture, from booking to delivery on the day . Josh and Liam were super careful and really represented this first class business in a super professional manner. I would highly recommend this family run business.

Tripp made moving a pleasure
We used Tripp to move house in April 2026. From the get go we got completely professional and thoughtful service from the booking (which with delays to exchange could have caused stress but they made sure it didnt) through to the packing and delivering and unloading. The guys were all very friendly and calm. We had no damages and great care was taken through out. Moving home is a very stressful time but Tripp removals made it a pleasure.

Amazing Service
I used A H Tripps for self storage and couldn’t be happier with the service. The whole process was really easy from start to finish, and everything was handled professionally.
The storage facilities were clean, secure, and well looked after, which gave me complete peace of mind. The team were also really helpful and quick to respond to any questions, making the whole experience stress-free.
Would definitely recommend A H Tripps to anyone needing reliable and secure storage, and I’ll 100% be using them again in the future!

Seamless move from London to Cornwall
A H Tripp moved us from London to Cornwall and the moving experience was made extremely smooth by the company. They loaded the van without any issues and likewise unloaded without any issues. Nothing was too much trouble and guys (Mick and Taylor) (Cory also helped load) worked very very hard. They were friendly and polite throughout and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Highly recommended. I was amazed that the offer of free removal into storage really was free - and was carried out in a friendly, efficient and professional way. The storage facility is very convenient - and clean and dry - and the access arrangements via a simple app is great.

Storage items moved FREE of charge 🥳
I had been renting space in a High Wycombe storage facility which was becoming a bind to drive to as I need frequent access. I then found out that Tripps had just opened a high spec monitored storage facility in Marlow. After having a look round - and being very impressed, I booked in and was blown away with how professional and helpful they were. The best part for me - Tripps moved all my items from the facility in High Wycombe into their facility FREE OF CHARGE!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review of our brand new facility in Marlow! We are pleased to hear that you have been happy with the service you received.
Horrendous experience. Do not trust this company.
We hired A. H. Tripp and Sons for a move between Aylesbury and Manchester. We were given multiple reassurances about the logistics for such a big move. Needless to say the move was an utter shambles - late movers, lack of proper planning and foresight, broken furniture, and a complete lack of empathy for the stress this caused for us. To make matters worse, their compensation is a joke - not even 10% back to cover broken furniture, emotional distress, and out of pocket costs on moving day.
Please stay away from this company.

Thank you for your feedback. We regret that an amicable resolution could not be reached, as our settlement offers have been declined.
Regarding the compensation for the damaged items, it is important to clarify that the cover held for this move was an indemnity-based policy, rather than 'new-for-old.' Consequently, the settlement figure was calculated based on the age and depreciated value of the items, in accordance with those specific policy terms. Despite these policy limitations, we also offered an additional gesture of goodwill in an effort to reach a fair conclusion.
We have conducted a thorough investigation into your removal and been in contact with you directly. Although we have now completed our formal internal review process, we remain available through our established correspondence channels should you wish to discuss the next steps available to you. We would also like to take this opportunity to wish you well in your new home.
Great team
Professional. Efficient. And an amazing team of Wayne, Ruben and Ash who could not have been more helpful, positive and respectful during the entire move. Highly recommend!

Thank you for your feedback. While we regret that your experience did not meet expectations. We would however, like to clarify several points regarding your move to ensure a complete and accurate record of events.
Regarding the damages you noted, a formal goods settlement was reached. This settlement was accepted by you and promptly paid in full by us.
During a subsequent discussion with our Chief Executive Officer to address your concerns regarding the crew's conduct, a specific point was raised about items being "dropped." During that conversation, you confirmed that this was not actually the case and that no items had been dropped during the removal. We are, therefore, surprised to see this mentioned in your public review.
We must also respectfully reject the claim that our staff were untrained; the Foreman who led your delivery has been with Tripps for several years and is a highly conscientious, valued member of our team.
While we regret any frustration caused, we believe the swift resolution of your claim demonstrates our commitment to our clients.
