My two questions were answered promptly and clearly.

Kirsty was incredibly helpful via the web chat. I am a business account operator and I had a few different questions. Once I found the web chat option in my account (it's a speech bubble icon at the far right bottom - kind of small so it took me a minute to find it), I was connected to Kirsty quickly, and they are able to answer them all fully, dealing with all the follow up queries I had. I would definitely use the web chat again and appreciate Triodos's customer support.

Everything about Triodos is fantastic. Their approaches, focussed, their customer service via call as well as highlighting necessities for account holders to focus on. Had a really helpful conversation with the wonderful Brittanie today.

Just been chatting to the bank about a warning that my antivirus software threw up when logging into Triodos online banking. I received a knowledgeable and prompt response. So good to be heard and to receive individualised response.

Finally getting around to leaving a review after meaning to do so for a really long time. Made the switch from one of the main high street banks to Triodos around 6 years ago and couldn't be happier with the decision. I'm a firm believer that where we choose to bank and hold our investments/savings etc. is one of the biggest ways we can have a positive impact on issues like climate change. Knowing that every penny of my money isn't contributing to the fossil fuel industry and is instead supporting projects focusing on renewable energy, wildlife restoration etc. is a really good feeling, especially in current times when its hard to feel empowered to really change things/challenge a lot of the destruction going on around us.

I've also always received excellent customer service from the Triodos team - always easy to speak to someone over the phone and colleagues have often gone above and beyond to take on my enquiry/issue as their own and to proactively update me which I've really appreciated and definitely isn't always the case with customer support elsewhere. If you're considering switching to a bank whose values align more with the issues you care about and where your money is doing good rather than harm I'd say go for it with Triodos.

Great personal touch and service from a bank that cares, and like the last bank i was with used to say it had all the same values, this one actually delivers, where the old bank no longer does

I have already recommended you to members of my family as it is so difficult these days to know what banks do with your savings in a world where supporting weapon-production seems to be their more profitable choice. Being a pacifist has become difficult.

I chose Triodos bank because of their ethical standards. I'm very pleased with the bank, they're always very helpful. I have no concerns about the bank, it's just what I need!

Triodos is a relatively unknown bank but it’s the bank to be with if you want your money to work positively for you and to build a better world in the future. Triodos have a feature called Impact on their App that details all the different ways in which you can have a positive impact by banking with them. So if want to extend your ethical credentials it’s worth looking Triodos up. Also, they employ humans to talk to you and resolve your issues and so far I have had relatively short waits to speak to them sometimes I’ve got straight through how good is that. To day I just used the chat feature and my query was answered immediately

I had an issue on payday with my pay packet coming through.

I used the message function and received a reply from Paul in 3 minutes. Within half an hour he released my money and explained the reason why clearly - namely that my name was similar to someone with sanctions against them!
