Unexpected TFL charges whilst out of country
The driver was extremely slow to arrive to collect the car even thought we had phoned ahead.
On our return they were ready and all went well until I discovered they had driven my car without permission 24+ hours before we returned to the country.
Fortunately I had autopay set up for TFL so I did not get exposed to nonpayment charges, but as this was not expected nor did they tell us at the time someone else could get caught. ( I only found out when I checked my statement)
When we tried to contact the company it took over a week with multiple attempts, and ultimately no response from the company we had used through the booking site.
Eventually the booking site started their investigation, the explanation given was the car was moved closer to the airport - given we arrived in at 18:00, there was no need to do this the previous day. They have agreed to refund the TFL charge, not yet received, no apology, no direct compensation for our time or effort trying get a resolution - just an offer of a 15%voucher against a future booking! Why would I trust them?

We booked parking for 2 cars at Heathrow airport on the 2nd February and collecting on the 5th. We called the number 30 minutes before arrival at the airport as instructed on the paperwork, unfortunately there was no answer, we rang several more times with no luck.
We arrived at the airport faced with no meet and greet so we had to book an alternative company.
Approx 1 hour after booking the new company Trinqoo rep called us back explaining they had issues with the phone service overnight and apologised profusely, he told us to call the office on our return to claim a refund. We did that 1 week later and found no resistance whatsoever, the team were very apologetic and dealt with the claim straight away.

The staff were polite, on time etc. Car returned with less than 20 miles driven, fuel level about right etc.
However, I have 2 issues. Before booking I did not appreciate that two short term parking charges also apply, so add another £15 to the cost. And, the car appears to be been searched and a bag of parking coins was no longer in the car upon its return. Ok my fault for leaving temptation, even if hidden.

to avoid . things stolen from the car. they kept me outside in the cold for an hour waiting. I called 5 times to see if he would bring my car or not. I lost all my appointments because of them. I will definitely not use them again

dont use trinqoo they work with scammers. Booked parking with "genius" parking via trinqoo, which is so ironic considering it is run by morons. Just avoid both "genius parking" and trinqoo at all costs. You've been warned!
Trinqoo got my car stolen
Trinqoo sent my car to Lion parking although my booking form said it would be held at Heathrow Valet Parking. My car was stolen and they have done nothing to help me. They haven't even given me my booking form payment so now I'm taking them to court.

Money for nothing
We booked airport parking with Trinqoo via Airport Parking Deals but we never got a confirmation email with booking details etc.
We couldnt remember which email address we had used and because we had no email confirmation from them, when we rang them to find out how we arrange parking, they checked our email address and said they had not received payment. We checked with our bank and payment had been made. Turns out the email address was the other email address we use. Why they couldn't check on the name not the email address I don't know. It meant that we didn't get our parking. We had to arrange more parking at extra cost to us. Now they won't give us a refund either.
Don't use this company. Feel like we have been ripped off. Stay away from this company! Very unhelpful.

Wow, what customer service! The team were so helpful and should be an example of how all companies should provide such an excellent service. Massive thanks to the guys at Heathrow. Could not recommend a better service

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Trinqoo and Genius Parking
I recently used Trinqoo to book a meet and greet service at Heathrow Airport, specifically choosing Genius Parking. Unfortunately, my experience with this combination turned out to be a complete disaster.
Firstly, our vehicle was inexplicably driven around without our knowledge or permission during our holiday, as evidenced by ULEZ fines we received. It's shocking to think that our van was used without our consent, and this is a clear violation of trust.
To add insult to injury, upon the return of our van, we discovered an overwhelming smell of cat/fox pee. Despite immediately reporting this to Trinqoo, they have absolved themselves of any responsibility, claiming that we should have reported the issue right at the moment of return. The fact that they paid off the ULEZ fine is appreciated, but the lack of accountability for the condition of our vehicle is unacceptable.
I strongly advise against using Trinqoo and Genius Parking based on my terrible experience. The negligence displayed by these companies is deeply concerning, and I urge potential customers to consider alternative options for their airport parking needs.

Very poor instructions throughout, first was told to come off at junction 14, incorrect, this should have been 15. The chauffeur was waiting for us, I don't know why as I had no idea what was going on or why we need a 'chauffeur'as we were parking at terminal three and then going from there, no mention of handing over keys. We were rung by the company who said (in v poor English) we were supposed to be there at 12, why I said, I just booked from 12, transpires that you park the car, pay for the entry ticket, the chauffeur or driver it should be, who speaks bugger all English then takes your keys and car off site. No mention of this anywhere. All very confusing and poorly managed. Won't be using again.
disgusted service by Genius parking
It was Genius parking whose services were given to us. At departure, it wasnt too bad, driver came in about 20 min and took our car after giving reciept.
On arrival, we contacted the genius parking on the given number, we were told driver will bring our car in 25-30 min. After waiting for 30 min, driver didnt show up, we contacted the operator again, he started asking the same questions again, which car which model etc, then he said driver will contact us once he will find the car, another 30 min later we contacted him again, that person was very rude, cutting our phone off, threatening us whether we want our car back or not, he said we may have to wait all day if we didnt listen to him. it took us almost 2 hours to get our car finally at meet and greet parking, we were tired cold exhausted and they gave us stress of losing our car on top.

WARNING Do not use this company. They left us stranded at Southampton Cruise terminal. Phoned them when we arrived and was informed they would pick us up, but they never turned up. Waited two hours and then decided to get a taxi to the car park to collect our car. Phoned them numerous times and they never answer the phone, left messages, but they never replied. BOOK WITH ANOTHER COMPANY, TRINQOO ARE COWBOYS AND THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF
