Game changers.

Bought a tracksuit. Hoodie was fine but pants had tearing in them and were at least 2 sizes smaller than XL. They barely reached my ankles. Answered few emails pretending to care and then ghosted. They try to pretend to be as friendly as possible with their ”brother” and ”bro” messages but are greedy dogs.

The people who voted 1 star i dont think they are okay, Trikko is one of the leading streetwear brands in europe. Ive accessed a couple of their drops and i have brought some clothes. everythings perfect. dont listen to the bad reeviews.

Awfull, Ordered a tracksuit from them at 14 of November spend 195€ with shipping cost and they still did NOT ship the package. Never answer, Im trying to contact them via discord and they deleting my messages this is a joke. Also they are assuming in discord that they shipped allo 14-15th November orders. Mine is still Confirmed not even shipped. Never ordering again from them and at this point i don’t even know if they are legit or scammers.
Disappointed.

I’m beyond frustrated with this company. I placed my order back in October, and to this day, I have NOT received anything. What’s worse is their complete lack of professionalism in handling customer inquiries. No replies to my emails. No replies on Instagram. No replies even on their private Discord.

I will be traveling soon, and the delay in shipping has made things extremely inconvenient for me. If the package arrives while I’m away, it will be entirely their fault for not honoring the shipping timeframe they promised.

This is by far the longest, most disappointing delivery experience I’ve ever had. I regret trusting this brand and ordering from them (I’m based in Turkey, for reference).

If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly suggest avoiding this company at all costs.

P.S.: I will only consider removing this review if I finally receive my order, but at this point, I have no confidence in this brand whatsoever.

Horrible Service and Communication.

Ordered half of October, quite a big order too. Never gotten anything, UPS says it got "lost" and Trikko does not reply to anything, not on email nor via their socials. I would NOT! recommend ordering from Trikko as you will just not know for sure you will ever receive your package, and them not even caring about their customers.

Worst contacting service I've ever had to rely on.

I ordered a mystery box. It says delivered but havent received anything.

Shirt was nicht verfügbar war trotzdem verkauft. Sehe trotz kurzen Mail Wechsels seit ca 3 Monaten weder Geld noch Produkt.

Creo que ya publiqué otra reseña sobre Trikko, pero aún así aquí estoy recalcando lo malo que es el soporte al cliente y los tiempos de envío. Hice un pedido de 135€ en agosto de 2023 y en diciembre aún no me habían mandado ni siquiera un código de seguimiento. Intenté contactarles mediante Instagram y correo electrónico, simplemente esquivaban la pregunta. Intenté contactarles mediante su servidor de Discord, me expulsaron permanentemente diciendo que "me contactarían al día siguiente para arreglar los problemas", pero nunca lo hicieron. Tuve que reembolsar mi pedido mediante PayPal, que antes de permitirte hacerlo contacta con el vendedor para que de explicaciones. La gente de Trikko ni siquiera se molestó en contestar y pude conseguir mi dinero de vuelta. Pero un punto que les doy es que la ropa que había comprado en ocasiones anteriores era de muy buena calidad, por eso doy dos estrellas en vez de directamente una.

Ho avuto qualche problema con la consegna del mio pacco da Trikko, ma devo dire che alla fine mi hanno sorpresa. Anche se c’è voluto un po’ di tempo, il brand mi ha rispedito la felpa gratuitamente e finalmente ho ricevuto quello che avevo ordinato.

Accidently gave incorrect delivery address, and was redirected with no issues and no extra costs

I ordered a T-shirt and It came three months after. Lettering on the bag of of the shirt was starting to come off so they told me to send it back and then they would cover the cost and send me a new one. Do you haven’t reply to my emails Ever since I sent the T-shirt back and now I have paid for Porto and T-shirt without The final product. I’m really disappointed because I thought the fit of the T-shirt was really nice. But the customer support was a joke

Trikko helped me get my order back when I missed the delivery and pick up slot, and it got sent back to them!

Trikko is a dope brand, i have ordered here 2 times and both times it went great. Good customer service & the products are from excellent quality. Really like the designs & will def order again in the future.

Had some problems but with some fast responds from Trikko we got it sorted out and I received my order. The quality is really nice and fits good 🔥

Definitely not game changers, they don't value customers, I work in customer service myself and this is not the way to keep customers. I bought a mystery item and explained that the size isn't what I expected, keep in mind I buy large in every shop and it's never been as tight as the top they sent me, which usually means the stock is made in China which actually looking at the care label, it says made in China. It was more like a medium and i'm slim build so that says it all but apparently because it's a mystery item they won't exchange it, they weren't professional at all with the response "THERES NO CHANGES OR REFUNDS UNLESS IS A FAULTY ITEM, AND WE HAVE A DOUBLE CONTROL QUAITY TO AVOID THAT ISSUE" Double control? What does that even mean "HAPPY TO SEE YOU MADE IT IN THE LAST DROP BEFORE THE STORE CLOSED.
AS YOU ORDERED A MYSTERY ITEM, 
SO  YOU COULD NOT BE EXPECTING NOTHING IN PARTICULAR AS YOU DIDNT ORDER NOTHING IN PARTICULAR. 
YOU TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE PRICE WITH THE RISK OF GETTING SOMETHING YOU MAY NOT LIKE.
NEXT TIME MAKE SURE TO SECURE WHAT U LIKE INSTEAD,
MONEY COMES AND GO, TRIKO ITEMS ONCE THEY GONE, THEY GONE FOREVER.

Why they were capping I do not know and then put thanks for pushing G, i understand its a streetwear brand but it was slightly cringe and they made me feel like I was bothering them on emails. Safe to say, there's better quality brands out there with better customer service. If you're doing any "pushing" then keep pushing yourself away from this brand.

Scammers. They dont ship out your order and dont reply on emails

Compré una sudadera y un pantalón (135€) a mediados de agosto de 2023 y a principios de diciembre no había ninguna actualización, ni siquiera me habían enviado un código de seguimiento. Les escribí mediante correo electrónico e Instagram varias veces, intenté preguntar en su Discord pero me expulsaron permanentemente y nunca me ayudaron. Por suerte pagué con PayPal y pude recuperar el dinero con facilidad.

Been buying Trikko for almost a year and never had any difficulties so far. The Quality from the t shirts was just amazing after my first purchase. So on never had any problems. Trikko is a good streetwear clothing brand

Worse company ever
My experience with Trikko clothing has been nothing short of a nightmare. After purchasing a top from them, I never received my order. Despite my numerous attempts to contact their customer service, I have been met with complete silence. It’s outrageous that a company would take money for a product and then completely ignore their customers when there’s an issue. Trikko’s lack of communication and utter disregard for their customers’ concerns is appalling. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this irresponsible and untrustworthy brand at all costs.
