Second review. First review I talked about my bad experience with the quality and with the size of the products. Like as the founder of trikko you can’t make a size m fit like a s and expect that the customers be happy with that result. Everything fits trash and that for almost 150€?? I’m from Germany and ordered extra from trikko instead of from 6pm or peso because I thought it would turn better. But they couldn’t convince me yet. I got a reply on my last review, where they told me that I can return the products. I wrote them an email and didn’t get a reply yet. Never ordering again. Don’t know what to expect

I am already waiting for 3 and 4 months on a delivery. According to European Law I can get a refund, but they keep refusing and they even blocked me on discord for adressing this issue. I will do everything to get my money back. It is in my blood. I am Moroccan. I hate people who try to scam other people. If you are a true Muslim you will refund the money.

Great basics and exactly what they say. Best basics in the Game. Seriously though I love the fit of the pants and can’t wait for the last drop to come they must be swamped with repeat orders. Anyway this is well worth the price and quality. Stay changing GameChangers

Pants are great quality, sit perfectly on any sneaker. I had trouble with my shipping information, emailed them and received a email back that same day within 30 min and the problem was resolved. overall a great experience buying from trikko definitely recommend.

Ho ordinato una tuta dopo che mi è arrivata a casa l'ho provata e me ne sono accorto che non mo andava bene la taglia per cui ho contattato l'assistenza clienti e mi hanno subito effettuato il cambio di taglia molto disponibili, l'unica cosa da migliorare forse è la tempistica di spedizione che alcune volte arrivano un po piu tardi del dovuto gli ordini.

I've had a great experience with trikko! The quality is top-notch, especially the joggers, which are always comfortable and well-made. Delivery is consistently fast, and the fitting is just right baggy enough without being too much. While the price is a bit on the expensive side, it's definitely worth the money for the quality you get.

I have been buying from Trikko since 2024, and I wish I learned about them before.
All I can say is that they have great customer service, great post sale communication, and most importantly, their clothes are one of the best quality you could get with those prices.

Never regretted getting my hands on their merch, as they have been the only thing I wear since my discovery of Trikko.

J’ai récemment acheté le sweat, et je tiens à dire qu’il est vraiment de très bonne qualité et agréable à porter. Le tissu est épais, confortable, et la finition est impeccable.

En revanche, j’ai aussi pris le manches longues, et je trouve que la qualité est inférieure en comparaison. Le tissu semble plus léger, moins robuste, et le rendu général n’est pas aussi premium que je l’espérais.

J’aimerais savoir si vous prévoyez d’améliorer ce modèle à l’avenir

I don’t even know where to start, but one of the best things about this brand is how they prioritize their customers, even with so many orders.

I bought the Trikko Basic, and I can honestly say it’s the best basic out there. Be careful when you buy your first one—you might get addicted to collecting all the new colors. I can’t get enough of them

J'ai eu un petit problème de livraison à cause de UPS, et franchement je suis venu leur demander de l'aide par mail, leurs reponses sont fluides et claires, et ils on une relation client très pro, je recommande.

I placed two orders in November and one in December, and unfortunately, I still haven’t received any of them. The customer service response has been less than helpful, simply telling me to “wait,” but it’s been three months already. And it seems I’m not the only one waiting this long. I originally ordered these clothes for the cold weather, and now it seems like I’ll only get them when it’s starting to warm up if I get them at this point.

While the brand has a really cool concept, and the clothes seem great, the long wait has made the experience frustrating. At this point, I’m not sure it’s worth the wait, l have been asking for a refund but I just get ignored making me feel I’m in the wrong and bothering them by asking for the clothes that have been waiting for three months. By my experience I definitely do not recommend to buy from them.

I have been a loyal customer for almost 2 years now, and they improved massively on every aspect. Last order I received my package in 3 days, unfortunately they shipped the wrong hoodie. But when I mailed them about it, almost immediately they send me a return label and said that they will ship the correct one asap. The brand to customer relation is insane, for example they know a lot of people that order very often by name and that says a lot. In addition to that, the quality is immaculate and very durable (if you don’t do anything crazy with it) so I would 1000% recommend Trikko to anyone
