Je suis la marque depuis un bon bout de temps et j’aimais bien ce qu’il proposait.
Ayant sauté le pas j’ai commandé un ensemble qui est arrivé dans les délais rien à dire. N’aimant pas le rendu je le renvoi dans les temps de retour de leur politique.
Ils me disent qu’ils ont bien reçu le colis et que je serais remboursé sous 14 jours.
Cela fait 20 jours que j’attends, j’ai relancé par mail mais aucun retour, j’ai contacté sur Instagram et on me met carrément en vu.
Donc je vais contacter la CEC France et on va voir ce qu’il va se passer.

Bien drôle de prôner des valeurs de « gamechanger » quand on fait tout ça 🤡

Realicé un pedido el 28 de noviembre de 2024 y, a día de hoy, han pasado más de 6 meses y jamás recibí mi compra. Lo más frustrante es la falta total de atención al cliente: apenas responden los correos electrónicos, y cuando lo hacen, no ofrecen una solución concreta.

Solo he recibido dos correos de ellos, sin contar todo el spam marketing que es increíblemente óptimo; citaré ambos mails:

“Hi Victor

Due to the huge increase in orders from our Black Friday drop, we experienced some unexpected delays with fulfilling certain orders, including yours.

The good news is that your orders are being packed right now and will be shipped very soon. Once they’re shipped out, we’ll send you the tracking information.

Y después de exhaustas peticiones de solvencia ante la desconocida incidencia sigo sin respuesta.

He tenido una paciencia más que razonable, pero no hay justificación para tanto tiempo de espera ni para el silencio constante por parte de la empresa. Me siento estafado y no recomiendo a nadie comprar en esta página, hasta que se dignen a ofrecer un servicio de atención al cliente de la misma talla y altura que su marca.

Total scam – 6 months and still no order received

I placed an order on Trikko on November 28, 2024, and as of today—more than 6 months later—I still haven’t received anything. I’ve sent multiple emails, and they barely reply, and when they do, they offer no real solution.

There’s absolutely no excuse for this level of unprofessionalism. I feel completely scammed. I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone. Avoid it at all costs.

I did an order on the 24th of April. I have had no response towards my emails nor any message of a delay in shipment. Im still waiting for my order..... and honestly just want my money back. I tried emailing the brand multiple times but no response. I want my order or my money back period. Or else I move towards legal action

Great product, little expensive though.

I bought a hoodie and was told in an email it would take a few days with standard shipping, the product arrived on time and the quality was as good as expected. The hoodie was thick and baggy as well as comfortable and easy to wash. I reccomend trikko and I would buy from them again.

J’ai commandé le 11 avril je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma commande voir même de numéro de suivis vu qu’elle ne semble meme pas avoir été expédié, de plus ils ne réponde à aucun de mes mails nous somme le 5 mai !!!!

Real nice design and great quality so would buy again, and got delivered real quick.

Size is smaller than expected. The XXL feels like an L. I'm really afraid what happens after washing the clothes.

I cant believe how quick my gear arrived at my door. I ordered twice this month both times delivery was in 2 days. From spain to the us. I dont know how they do it. Cant wait until the next drop.

Trikko is a great streatwear brand with always high quality clothing and fast delivery. It’s a feeling of exclusivity when you get a package from the brand.

Everything perfect, the hoodie that I ordered is very comfy and of good quality

The order i placed has still not arived and i ordered more than 30 days ago. I joined their community discord and have asked about my order multiple times. My messages were either ignored or deleted. I was eventually kicked from the discord group.

I have send them a email about this and if this doesnt get resolved i will take legal action against this company.

Shipping was incredibly slow, and customer service was just as disappointing. The website and product tags both claim the basics are 100% cotton, but they actually contain polyester. At this price point, that’s completely unacceptable and misleading.

I would like to inform you that I performed both a microscope test and a burn test on the basics I ordered.
Despite the product being advertised and labeled as 100% cotton, both tests clearly show that the fabric contains polyester.
