I have since heard from Trikko (4 weeks later) and have had to pay a further £10 for a returns lable, (which I'm not happy about but it's better than beimg sown £65 with no joggers). I was on holiday when they finally got in touch so haven't sent the item back as yet.
I was told that I would get a free gift for my son in the exchange parcel if I change the star rating - which is what i have done.
If there is a free gift, I'll come back on here to edit my review further.

I ordered a pair of joggers for my son for his birthday in a medium. They are way too big. He assured me that Trikko have a good returns policy so I emailed the relevant email address to request a return. After a couple of days, no reply, I emailed again. After a couple more days, I had an email asking for a review, so here it is.
Clothes are good quality, but the after care is non existent. I'm now down £65 and my son is down a birthday present.
I'll be happy to change this star rating if someone gets in touch with me asap.

**Edit update ** 3 months after returning the item and having to pay £10 for a returns lable, I still have not recieved my exchange.
After many emails sent, it seems the only way to get this companies attention is by leaving a bad review/star rating.

I have emailed countless amounts of times and have a one response in that time. I ordered on the 20th of June and I even chose express shipping.

I don’t understand why I’m being straight up ignored, I’d like a refund as I’m no longer interested.

Don’t advertise if you can’t fulfil orders, simple.

Good quality clothes, and excellent customer service.

Delivery may take ages, but apparently, my order was returned to the sender. But, support quickly helped me with the problem and arranged Ups priority delivery. Quality is seriously good, Hoodie is soft asf.
If delivery time is not a problem, def worth it.

Ordered all the Trikko basic pieces for almost a year now.

Top 3 hoodies Ive ever owned. The feeling of the hoodie is excellent. The ribbons are nice and tight and fit is really good. You get what you pay for (maybe a little more)

Hice un pedido en Trikko el 29 de noviembre y adquirí un pack especial Black Friday Mystery Box de 2 camisetas que me entusiasmaba enormemente. Lamentablemente, han pasado varios meses y no he recibido ninguna actualización sobre el estado del envío ni un número de seguimiento.

He intentado contactar con su servicio de atención al cliente demasiadas veces, pero no he recibido solución alguna. Esta total falta de comunicación es extremadamente frustrante y demuestra una grave falta de profesionalismo.

Para una marca que intenta posicionarse entre los mejores de la industria de la moda, este tipo de servicio es inaceptable. Una marca profesional y en crecimiento debería, como mínimo, ofrecer confirmaciones de pedido, detalles de envío y un servicio de atención al cliente eficiente.

En este punto, me arrepiento sinceramente de mi compra y no recomendaría Trikko a nadie hasta que mejoren significativamente su servicio de atención al cliente y su comunicación.

He tenido una paciencia más que razonable, pero no hay justificación para tanto tiempo de espera ni para el silencio constante por parte de la empresa.

Me siento estafado y no recomiendo a nadie comprar en esta página, hasta que se dignen a ofrecer una atención y servicio al cliente de calidad o por lo menos dar una respuesta con soluciones a un problema técnico o logístico específico.

Deberían permanecer atentos a las demandas y necesidades de los clientes y ofrecer respuestas útiles de forma ágil.

I can say with very proud that Trikko save my life.
I had a depression last year and it was horrible, and start wearing trikko, following on Instagram, and seeing the Vlogs on YouTube help me out a lot, in many ways, but the most importante way was in the mind, and I’m grateful for that, TRIKKO is not just a brand, trust me when I say that.

I placed an order with Trikko on May 18, purchasing a set that I was genuinely excited about. Unfortunately, it’s now been several weeks, and I have not received any updates regarding the shipping status or a tracking number.

I’ve tried to contact their customer service multiple times, but have received no response whatsoever. This complete lack of communication is extremely frustrating and shows a serious lack of professionalism.

For a brand that is trying to position itself among the top names in the fashion industry, this kind of service is unacceptable. A professional and growing brand should at the very least provide order confirmations, shipping details, and responsive customer support.

At this point, I honestly regret my purchase and would not recommend Trikko to anyone until they seriously improve their customer service and communication.

I have ordered two times from Trikko , one at the first ever Trikko drop and one drop in this month and all I can say is that the experience was amazing and the quality of the clothes are incredible the best out there ! Also , 4 days ago I received my order from last trikko’s drop which was in May. I ordered the Morocco shorts and once it arrived I was flabbergasted because I’ve never seen in my life such as quality like them Trikko shorts. Oh just to note , the shipping was fast like always from Spain to Greece it only took like 1 week to have it in my doorstep ! All love to Trikko man I will definitely buy in the near future ! 👊🏻🇬🇷
