A really professional service from start to finish. Trevor visited the property to measure up and I was able to browse samples. There was lots of helpful advice to help me choose the right carpet for my needs. The fitting service was prompt. The fitters were very polite and thoughtful whilst in the property.

I found Trevor Smith Carpets on line and liked the idea of a long-standing family run company - and I wasn't disappointed. We needed to have flooring put down at very short notice in our new home before we could move anything in. A home visit was arranged, we were given some good advice on the best options for us, placed an order and fitting was arranged very quickly. One element of the fitting had been overlooked - one of the upstairs doors didn't properly clear the new carpets. We raised this issue late in the evening by text - and first thing the following morning, it was rectified at no extra charge. We then had a courtesy call asking if we were satisfied with our flooring. This, to me, is always a sign of a company that cares. They had our money, the job was done - many companies would consider that the end of the matter, but a courtesy call said to me 'we are grateful for your custom, and we want to make sure you were happy with it'. That, to me, is going the extra mile, which is why I would not hesitate to recommend Trevor Smith Carpets to anyone who asks. The flooring looks lovely, and the whole process - from initial appointment to fitting of the flooring - happened in little over a week. An extremely positive experience, great customer service. Highly recommended.
