Found Trevor Smith recently and have had 3 rooms carpeted separately, after doing an amazing job with our awkward loft and stairs. I couldn't recommend their fitters enough. Just had two more rooms done by them and equally an amazing job. Left spotless. Ian in the shop has been helpful from start to finish, with helping me find a carpet which would last and also fit my budget. No pushy sales, just knowledge and experience. Will be going back and have recommended to family.

This was our first experience with Smiths flooring in Weston-Super-Mare and was not disappointed, from Ian in the showroom and right through to the fitters of our bedroom carpet. The showroom had an excellent choice of carpets and Ian was knowledgeable and very patient.The fitters turned up at the time arranged and the carpet laid. Overall the level of customer service was first class with Ian checking several days later on our satisfaction with our purchase. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We had a fantastic experience with Smiths Flooring and Homewares. We were very fussy in choosing a flooring company and had visited several suppliers before finding Smiths Flooring. Our new home was a completely blank canvas and we had absolutely no idea where to start with all the options. We walked in and met Ian who was very friendly and helpful and immediately put us at ease. We knew we'd found the right company right away. Ian then showed us all the options within our price range and guided us through the entire process with lots of phone conversations and advice; keeping us up to date the whole time. We chose Engineered Oak flooring in the living room, a stair runner with rods and wool carpet throughout the first floor. Steve, the chosen fitter was very friendly, very efficient and an incredibly tidy worker. He was a pleasure to have in our new home. We're delighted with every aspect of the products and the immaculate installation. We can not recommend Smiths Flooring highly enough!

Laminate floor fitter, Nick, was very professional and his work was to a very high standard. Carpet fitter was also very good but did not get his name.

On top of things and very helpful. Willing to match prices on quotes. The floor is perfectly fitted in one day and although the colour is different from the example strip we have, we are very happy with it.

Vinyl flooring for kitchen. This is 4th time had carpets and Vinyl from trevor smiths in few years. Always been helpful in showroom, plenty of choice and competitively priced. Wouldn't go any where else. Excellent fitter for kitchen, laid boarding and Vinyl. Am very pleased

Great experience dealing with this company. The showroom staff are helpful and friendly and I never felt pressured to overspend my tight budget.
The fitter they organised was superbly skilled and and I’m extremely happy with the finish.

Recently had our hallway, stairs and landing carpet fitted. The service in the showroom was very good and friendly and very helpful in giving advice on the best carpet for the job.

I had two fitters on the same day one to fit stair carpet the other to fit flooring in the lounge, they turned up about ten minuets apart and got on with the jobs at hand they were cheerfull chappies and very efficient at their jobs it was left clean and tidy excellent could not get better

Following an appalling experience with a previous supplier & fitter of luxury vinyl tiles we called Trevor in and he restored our faith in the industry! First class - from initial advice, to showroom support, to the fitting team that attended. Would recommend without hesitation
