Received 2 shirts today that look even better and more vibrant in person than in pictures. Very impressed with quality. Only reason for 4 stars is that processing took longer than anticipated. Shipping was great, communication was ok

Very well-made item. It did take a little longer than I expected to get here but honestly it was worth my wait, it looks amazing!!

I needed to allow 2 weeks on ordering to have it by the opening game. However, I did have it for a later event that it was better suited for.

Shirt was NOT as shown/advertised. Very poor quality and sizing was WAY off even after using the sizing chart. Would not allow a return.

Awful customer service suggested I buy another shirt with a small discount instead of exchanging my shirt for a smaller size and basically admitted the return policy takes 90 days and a large chunk of the original purchase amount to keep for themselves. Worse yet they facilitate mis-sizing on their ordering page by suggesting to size up on their already ridiculously oversized measurements. Unfortunately I could go on as that wasn’t even the original issue with my order, but I’ll leave it there. At best an uncaring, money-grubbing shirt mill with anti consumer policies.

Have to give a 1 since 0 isn't available. This is the biggest scam product out there unless you are in the 1% that is blessed to get the perfect thing you ordered. I am a standard US XL and both the L and XL shirts that I ordered might as well have been male dresses. I attempted to return both or exchange for a size down on each, was extremely polite, and I was asked to send back pictures of my "crocs" knockoff shoes with tape measuring to show the error. When I told them I ordered shirts and not "Crocs", they asked for the same in response but on the clothing. After I did so, they refused the return and instead would only offer me a 15% coupon. So I sent them their own stated policy through their website which allows for return subject to 30% restocking fee. They then FINALLY sent me the info to return and refund the items...BUT GET THIS, the address they provided is not allowable through any common international carriers.....I've wasted well over a day of work time just dealing with these people since trying to exchange/return. DO NOT ORDER FROM TRENDY ALOHA. I am an attorney and will be filing complaints with the BBB and other related US commercial entities should I not receive a cooperative response from them on this return in the next few days.

Bought Hawaiian shirt on December 6th 2023. Paid an extra $16.99 for expedited shipping (7-9 Business Days). Been past the allowed time to receive. Was provided a tracking number immediately on December 9th that had a fake warehouse address in New York with ZDA carrier (CHINA) and stated it was awaiting USPS pickup. Now on the 20th, no package or tracking movement.

These scumbags are a scam. Amazon has already removed their store from the Amazon third party sellers which was listed under another name but sells same Hawaiian shirts due to poor customer reviews, complaints, refunds and customers not receiving their orders.

Stay away from this Trendy Aloha! You will NOT receive your order from them!! I have already filed complaints with consumer agencies who are investigating this company. Here is Trendy Aloha customer service number which you will get someone leaving a joking message saying "HellOooOoo?" 1-646-813-9492. This is what you will have to deal with trying to get answers on your order so do yourself and the rest of us that got screwed and don't give them your business anc be aware of same products we sites with different name as they just start a new company and start all over again screwing people out of their money.

I would give 0 stars I would. Ordered a shirt for a wedding I’m in and they sent the wrong one. I urgently ordered the correct one as it ships from China and I needed asap and asked for instructions on a refund for the incorrect shirt and told them I didn’t have time to wait for the dispute and gave them the reasoning. Instead of refunding me, they shipped another one, so now Im being charged for both and they refuse to send me a return label. Terrible communication and service!

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I purchased a Hawaiian shirt for my husband from the website. Not only did it take a long time to arrive, but the size LARGE I ordered would barely fit a teenager. Interestingly, since I emailed the company, their
sizing chart has changed to make the shirts larger! Instead of allowing me to return the item for a different size to the Philadelphia address on their website, I was given an address for their warehouse in Vietnam! Do not do business with these people.
