Please be aware! This website is a scam. I fell victim due to their tempting low prices and ordered the 'Hohem iSteady M7 Gimbal Stabilizer for Smartphone' (for £29 only - note it originally costs £254.15) , but instead, I received a T20-Pocket Grip Tripod (A cheap knockoff made in China). Not only is the item different from what I ordered - but also different from what they promote/advertise on their website and on Facebook where I was pulled in on this awful scam.

Please refund immediately!

Hit and miss with this site. I purchased two items last Dec. One item (earrings) were delivered quickly. I never received the second (cuddle blankets). When I finally got an email reply January they said they were out of stock, offered refund or credit. I requested refund as they were supposed to be xmas presents. I chased in Feb, a reply stated they were having to process a large amount of refunds but confirmed I was on a list to be refunded soon. March - no reply to my emails.

Won't be purchasing again from here.

I ordered 2 items from this company in February, waited 2 weeks and nothing arrived - Contacted them by email (no phone contact) and they said they were sorry for the delay but one of the items was out of stock and they had been trying to locate more stock. I got the single item a few days later. I was told that a refund would be sent, which i never got. i have contacted them 4 times now, keep being told I should have had the refund and they will look into it but I never get any more feedback. The last time I contacted them I was told a refund had been issued on 19th March, its now 4th April and i still havent got my money back

How can I contact this awful company other than email they sent me fake fingerlings and I returned them in November and been chasing refund ever since

An absolute scam ,placed an order around a month ago & still have not received it, contacted 4 times , first time got a reply stating my order was being shipped just over 2 weeks ago , still received nothing contacted 3 times over the last week or so & have now received a reply stating that 1 item off my order is being mailed tomorrow 01/03/2018 & that my other item is out of stock !!! so will be getting a refund for that item after they have made interest off my money they have been sitting on for a month , absolutely ridiculous service, Why could they not just tell me at the time that the items were out of stock ? or even better why do they advertise them , when they have no stock ? absolute joke , would not recommend to a brass monkey

I won a swarovski gift set .Trending picks said it was worth £300 .I got it valued as there was no stamp that said it was genuine,.the jeweller said it was worth about £10 and was just cheap costume jewellery and now Trending picks have a competition again for the same items that i won and are now saying its worth £60, the prize value of these items are not as they say . I will never buy of this company as there claims of the cost of items are fake and lies.

Ordered something for Christmas it never turned , up asked for a refund on the 5th January and it is now the 31st and nothing. I have emailed every week and all I get is they will look into it. Poor poor service , steer well clear.

They obviously changed their name to TrendyPicks. Wish I had read the reviews. Just got scammed for $49.95 purchasing one of those mini Nintendos that was on Facebook ads. No answer on phone. No response through email. Bummer. So glad I didn't order Christmas presents. Stay away!!!

Do not shop from Trending picks. Products are very bad fakes. When items get returned you have to chase them for a refund. I'm having to go through PayPal in the end because they will not refund my money despite the goods being received recorded delivery. This company makes it's money from cost of postage they charge. Stay away!

Do not use this company .No phone number to follow up enquiries.All messages remain unanswered ,although they promise to respond within a few hours.I ordered a lot of my Christmas presents from this company. To date my order has not arrived nor the refund I have requested I should have read the o erwhelmingly bad reviews before I ordered Have left daily messages and still no response Had to spend additional monies to purchase new items.
Years ago I did use this company and was impressed with their responsiveness.It seems things have moved on in a diabolical direction If anyone has any ideas on how I can get my money back plus compensation for the inconvenience caused -would welcome your advice

Used company before with a few minor issues which were sorted out timeously. However, this year has been a nightmare. Very poor communication, service and delivery. At least 4 online messages all ignored. 3 weeks to chase a delivery. Tracking is non-existent. Only managed to get a response through PayPal dispute. Then discovered some items now out of stock. Website is full of promises on delivery times and stock! Apalling customer service!

I have used this company before and had no issue, in fact it was quite good, unfortunately this is not now the case, the tracking number is useless and trying to contact the company us pointless, no contact number and no reply to any messages, this company has ruined my Christmas as i placed a large order early in the month, thought Christmas was all sorted but sadly this is nos a nightmare, thanks trending picks... I will NOT use these again. They are totally ignorant I havent got my granddaughters Xmas pressie ordered a week ago. They do not get back to you. I’m complaining through PayPal avoid like the plague

I have escalated this with PayPal they have ignored any emails etc it is now over 3 weeks since ordering.
Never known a company like them. Still no goods and false tracking number. Thank goodness I paid with PayPal.

Wish I'd looked at the comments on this business before i ordered! They don't reply to emails or website messages. How do you find their phone number? Tracking number doesn't work either, although the items show as shipped.

I have had good service from this company until recently- one item I ordered has never been received and it was only when I questioned it, was I told it had been damaged by the courier company and they had not informed TP. I was offered a refund onto my PayPal account which I accepted and it was paid almost immediately.
The last item I ordered, I was given Royal Mail tracking numbers which do not exist, then I was told because the item is fragile, it had been sent by a specialist courier- but still not received.
Why give royal mail numbers out if the parcels are being sent y other companies?
I am not impressed by this company's communication, I rang them at 6:30 one morning and got a very tired sounding lady called Sue who told me she was the customer service department.
I will not be sending them any more of my money and recommend you not to either.

Interesting to see that the positive comments are from people who have won prizes and the bad scores are from actual paying customers!!! Ordered £50 worth of presents, 3 weeks later and god knows how many emails, still not received anything and PayPal are taking steps to give me a refund. Funny enough, I noticed another customer mentioned non existent Royal Mail tracking numbers... same here!!!

Payment taken on the 9th nov and I still have not received the items I ordered. Appalling service
