Bought a guitar lyric picture to mark my dead partners 50th birthday,delighted it arrived today,opened it....totally gutted!!! The lyrics were ment to be cowboy dreams by Jimmy nail.....it says it is on the bottom of the picture....but it is anything but cowboy dreams....absolutely devastated!!

I would not buy anything from This company!!!!!!!! You will not receive your product!!!! Oct. 25 was the date of confirmation of shipment for my posters. With the tracking number provided the package still has not come into the United States it December the 7th. The Correspondence that I have had told me to check the shipment number as I have told them I have for the past month. Love to be charge postage and not get anything. Only 30 bucks lost but when you have this many reviews saying the same thing there is a lot of money being made for nothing. I simply don’t care to follow up on this for 30 bucks! Found the same product at Barns and Noble 3 days it’s here. This company is a ripoff!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m embarrassed that I shopped here!!!!!!

Poor communication. Ordered November 12th page said if ordered in the US it would be shipped in 7-12 business days. Well it's December 6th and it's still sitting there. November 16th they did send me a shipping label, but it never moved or ever went to USPS. I paid with PayPal so wrote them on that they want me to talk to them via the phone instead, no thank you. Pretty sure this will be escalated being they seem very shady.

I ordered two posters for Christmas gifts back in October. The last shipping update was an arrival in Chicago on Nov 5... I’m in California. Still no posters. Still no further updates. Inquired to the company (three so far) keep resulting with a response of the last package update... yes, I’m aware they arrived in Chicago over a month ago. What can we do about it?! I’m running out of time to get these gifts.

The poster came and was in excellent shape. The shipping took a bit longer than expected, but the support team I emailed gave me a tracking number and assumed me it was coming because I was nervous it wasn't. However, it eventually did (arrived on December 3rd - ordered on November 9th), and I am very excited for it.

While the product is exactly as described, I was a bit disappointed with the service. I was not informed about the stock of this item running out and having to be re-ordered until I contacted the company about a lack of shipment updates. The employees have been very responsive when I make inquiries, but have not taken much of a step to provide information unless it was asked for. I did receive an email with a code for 50% my next order for the trouble, but that did me little good, as there was nothing else on their site I wished to order. When I did finally receive my order, it was in the tube so tight, that it took almost a half hour to work it out for fear of tearing it. It was wrapped with tissue paper across it to prevent damage, but sadly a few of the squares were already scratched part way off. And when I asked how the leave a review of the item as there didn't seem to be a link on the website, I was told I could just send it to them by messenger on Facebook. My skeptic side suspects that may be so they can clean it up or delete it. Maybe they will surprise me in the end? Altogether, I was glad to receive my order, but do not plan to do business with this company in the future.

Waiting over a week with no shipping updates for the movie poster.

I ordered the movie poster on October 17th. same instant email everyone else received. I have not received any updates in 2 weeks. I have emailed twice. I'm planning on filing a complaint with BBB.

- Update - I called and was put on hold. eventually I was placed in a voicemail inbox. I finally received a call back today from trendiness. they said that the product is out of stock and that I will be receiving a shipping notification within the next week. Once I do and have affirmation that I will be receiving the poster, I will update this rating.

Ordered movie poster Sept 25 and still no poster. I have emailed 3 times requesting that my credit card be refunded and order cancelled. Each time they respond with an excuse as to why they can’t refund the money. Today, I got an email with a link to a tracking number that does not work and instructions to return it to China when it arrives and to send them tracking info so they can give me a refund when they receive it. By the time it gets here, I return it, and it makes it back to China, they will have had my money 2-3 months. That is, if the money gets refunded at all. Ridiculous!!!!!!

Ordered two weeks ago, still no dispatch email. I’ve contacted customer services, no reply. Basically had £13 robbed from me.

Ordered the movie poster Oct 7th. (Thought I'd be safe with the max 3 week delivery time) Bought it as a birthday present. (Birthday is Nov 26th) Instantly get an email stating i should soon get an updated email with a tracking number when the item gets shipped. 1 week later (Mon. Oct 15th) I email them stating I hadn't received said email. Within 24 hours I can answer stating that they had ran out of stock (which I could understand seeing how this poster is all over FB ads) but that a new shipment had arrived and to give them until next week to ship it. I got an email 11 days later (Oct 26th) with a tracking number but then I notice it's a tracking number from Hong Kong. (Granted it's been sent with TNT, so I am hopeful that it won't take to long) But i guess we will have to see if it will take 2 months to get here. If it were ebay I'd be demanding a refund seeing as the delivery time doesn't add up. But we will see. But I am a bit iffy about the fact that the product is coming from Hong Kong when I am pretty sure the website is based in Canada. I don't know, just a few red flags in my opinion.

Bought from them a month ago and goods still not received. I emailed them and they said out of stock but not to worry they will email me when it's on its way. This was a birthday present for somebody but it's not arrived. Rubbish. Don't buy from them.

Ordered a movie poster September 18. After weeks of waiting for it to ship I contacted them. They told me they had no product and to wait another week. Another week later, same story. Over a month later it’s supposedly shipped from China. Probably be two more months IF it actually comes. Don’t buy from them.

Worst company ever! I ordered my movie poster 2 weeks ago and never received it and now I cant get ahold of anyone there. This stupid Kelsey person keeps sending me emails asking how my movie watching is going but doesnt comprehend that I dont have the damn poster. They dont really have a customer service line so dont bother calling it, it's just a voicemail and they dont return your messages. These people are incompetent and I want my money back but there is no way to get that or my damn poster! You will just lose your money so dont order from them!!!

The previous negative reviews are correct. I ordered a product, they took my money and then...nothing. I wrote to the...no response. Then I facebook messaged them and they said it was out of stock and would 'hopefully' be shipped 'soon'. There is no communication and no concern for customer satisfaction. Avoid.

They take wayyy longer to ship than the website claims. I called them, and the item I ordered about a month ago is apparently now "out of stock", which the website doesn't say (they're still selling them). They said to wait a week and they should be in stock by then, but that's really sketchy that they'll sell an item and claim same amount of shipping time when it's out of stock.

It had taken about 2 weeks and I still had not received a confirmation that the item I ordered had shipped. I called the customer service number listed on their site, and was put on hold by an automated teller, stating someone would be with me once a representative was available. After a few minutes, I got sick of waiting and hung up. But then... that customer service number called back stating they had sen I had called, and asking what the issue was. I told them, it was resolved, and I received the item I purchased two weeks later! I loved that they called me back!

***Edit*** I have yet to receive my order :(

I've seen a lot of positive reviews about them. And I think they're living up to the hype!
