Placed an order weeks ago and there's no update on the page that suggests that the items were shipped. Any e-emails sent to the contact addresses just bounce back so I'm unable to contact them.

I too have ordered a yellowed poster which was a xmas present so failed there despite ordering early November and being told 2-3 weeks delivery. Email address just bounces back. Really gutted. Note to self check reviews.

I ordered a yellowed poster from them almost 2 weeks ago. Since then I got no any updates and it's impossible to contact (no valid email address, phone number). Now I'm starting to accpet I will never get my order. Shame, have I been robbed simply?
If anybody has any imformation that could help share it please.

Ordered my poster for a Christmas gift. Ordered it on November 4th and now after reading these reviews am worried I won’t see it. If anyone has this number please share because I can’t find it and the email doesn’t even exist. Guess I just got scammed. Help if you can would be appreciated.

Do not order anything from these people. It is a fraudulent company that will take your money and in my case not even provide the product. The contact e mail on their site does not exist and they are a P.O box in California somewhere.May the stolen money bring them all the luck they deserve.

I am usually a very careful person in purchasing items online. Though, I really wanted to purchase a scratch-off business books poster as a gift for a dear friend and only found it being advertised by this shop. Hence, I have taken a risk and purchased the item including shipping fee for $23.90. The shipping time that was mentioned was 2-3 weeks outside the US, though I have numerously sent correspondences asking for the tracking number but with no success. I am constantly tracking the order thru their website but the only message I get is "no tracking found". I also tried to call their hotline number but still to no avail. So please please, to anyone else who wanted to order ANYTHING from them, please step back and try to check somewhere else.

UPDATE: (29 Sept, 4 weeks after placing order)
I finally received my order. It is great and cool idea!
However, this lack of communication regarding updates is really bothering and frustrating. I have actually lost hope already and did not expect to receive my order anymore.

I hope Trendiness will work on this to continually gain business.

I wish I'd have read these reviews before ordering my poster. Cute idea, but they are the worst of the worst - bad customer service, didn't meet their shipping deadlines, weren't proactive in communicating and offered no timeline when I finally reached out to them. And then went dark on communications all together. When I FINALLY got my poster, it was off center and the frame they sent me, I swear to God, looks like it came from the dollar store. And it doesn't even fit the picture! And because the picture wasn't cut properly, the frame cuts off the lyrics. I can't believe they advertised a framed picture and then sent me something I had to assemble myself. I could live with that annoyance had they sent me something that worked, but what they sent was such a piece of crap.There's no way this company is going to stay in business. I'm just glad I got away with only a $50 lesson learned.

After reading these reviews after I purchased the product I chalked it off like i wouldn't ever get it, or as a drunken nt out, and I spent too much..it def took awhile to get the product, and the song choice was eulogy by tool....but I just got it and it's amazing....trendiness, these products and your reputation could be amazing....quit trying to screw people over and get it together......you could be a great company

This company is a straight up scam, I’ve only lost $20 from them, but it’s the principle of the matter.
First they ran out of printing paper, then my address couldn’t be found by the courier (after being given a tracking number that didn’t work) and now my item has to be re-made and sent again.. whatever, just don’t waste your time with them

Ordered my lyrics poster to do for a giveaway on Twitter on March 25th. It's April 21st & I've heard nothing. Multiple emails have gone unanswered, the tracking number I was given says "no results found", & I'm ready to call my bank & see if they can refuse the payment. I just wish I'd seen these reviews before purchasing from them. ☹

I paid US$56 for utter garbage.
I believed the product would be of good quality considering the price but the ‘framed poster’ wasn’t framed at all. It was a DIY situation (none of which was advertised in their ad on Facebook). The cheaply made frame had a buckled backboard, the poster was too long and did not fit into the frame and I had been expecting glass to protect the poster - ha! Not only was there no glass, there was perspex which had Chinese writing imprinted all over it so I could not use it even if I had wanted to!

Made a purchase from this company. Product was a poster and frame. A frame which needed assembly and was in 22 separate parts! Parcel arrived with no assembly instructions and missing frame parts.

Contacted the company who promised a new parts pack would be sent immediately and I would be notified of the dispatch.

A week later no parts and no email.

Contacted again and asked for a refund as the birthday the poster was purchased for had passed and I still had an incomplete product. Refund refused unless I returned the faulty product at my cost.

Very poor product quality and service nonexistent.

Avoid this company.

AVOID this company, their overpriced posters arrive crushed, the frame is 4 pieces of a frame that you have to construct yourself! Absolute rip off scam!

Ordered a favourite lyrics poster. The poster came completely crushed, with creases all throughout.

They sent me a frame that I had to do all by myself and without any instructions.

I asked for a refund and they sneakily snuck it past me that they're only refunding me for the cost of the poster. Now I'm stuck with a useless frame that I have no use for.

Was supposed to be a nice housewarming gift for a friend.

Really disappointed. I will be initiating a chargeback with my CC.

Bad products and bad customer service.

Do not order from this company! I ordered a framed lyrics poster for my partner for our anniversary of her favourite song. I was so excited for this to arrive, 4 weeks after initially placing my order my package finally arrived. When I ordered this I requested it to be framed.
When opening the package there were 4 pieces of a black frame with some string for hanging, my print scrunched into a roll with holes in it and to make matters even worse when I opened up the print it had spelling errors and typos throughout!
I have requested a refund as I am absolutely disgusted. Do not trust this website, they will rip you off!!!

Possibly the WORST company to do business with. A month after my order and confirmation - still no product, Excuses and "copy and paste" responses to my emails. So, I wound up here to see the reviews; no surprise really. If you decide to google their "address" for location and returns, click on "street view"; it's not even a real store. I did get a free upgrade to their Platinum membership though, so at least I have that going for me. Very disappointing to say the least.

Their toll free number also comes back to two other companies: Daily Salida and Mona Boa. Same sales pitch and locations.

After reading the reviews, I should have known I wasn't alone. So I ordered my husband a guitar lyric poster for Christmas on December 17, 2018, with the lyrics of his favorite country song. "Remember When" by Alan Jackson, I didn't receive the product until January 9, 2019. When I received it, the lyrics were "My Immortal" by Evanescence. (If you want a good laugh, look up the lyrics.), I had given my husband the poster and he was making these horrific faces, and I kept thinking in my head, he should be smiling and this is heartfelt, why isn't he liking it? If you see the lyrics, you'll know why. Anyway, contacted the company they said they wanted photos of the mistake, of which I sent it and also sent in the "correct" lyrics. They said they would get it fixed and send a new one. It is not February 12, 2019, and still no product. I have emailed and they explained they have been terribly backlogged. Sadly, I am pretty proficient in Adobe Illustrator, but wanted to help out a fellow artist. I should have just saved myself the time and hassle and did it myself!

Update: Since posting this review, I have received a credit back for their mistake. For that, I'll up my review one star.

This place is terrible!!! Finally got the product and it took 1/2 hour to get the damn thing opened. The poster was wrinkled and wasn’t even in the frame I purchased for extra money. You even have to put the frame together which is just sharp metal with no directions. The company needs to just shut their doors. They are terrible and scammers.

Waited weeks for the product as it was delayed, limited updates from the company. When it finally arrived it seemed to work for a few weeks but soon it became apparent that the poster was of extremely poor quality. Can no longer scratch off the movie squares - horrible markings, absolutely ruined and not usable. Have multiple photos to attest to this. Do not waste money on this product - extremely disappointed
