I hear your frustration with shipping updates, working on that! On the bag: this style matches the exact design it's inspired by. The leather is the best in the market for the price (we offer premium grades at higher costs too).

That structured shape with a wider base? It's intentional so the bag stands perfectly upright. If we used soft slouchy leather, it wouldn't hold form and would look cheap/droopy. Not a deformation, it's the signature look!

Après confirmation, nous vous avons déjà envoyé par email tous les détails concernant votre commande, y compris le lien de suivi, ainsi que nos délais de traitement et de livraison. Notre délai de traitement est de 3 à 7 jours ouvrés, auxquels s’ajoutent ensuite environ 7 à 10 jours de transport, parfois jusqu’à 14 jours selon l’activité du transporteur local et les contrôles de douane.​

Votre colis a déjà atteint la France et se trouve actuellement chez Colissimo, dans votre ville, en attente de la livraison finale. Colissimo indique généralement un délai de 24 à 48 heures pour une livraison en France métropolitaine une fois le colis pris en charge dans le réseau. Vous pouvez suivre l’acheminement en temps réel grâce au lien de suivi qui vous a été communiqué par email.​

Buongiorno Daniela,

La ringraziamo per la sua recensione e comprendiamo perfettamente la sua frustrazione; desideriamo però chiarire alcuni punti.

Al momento dell’ordine, l’indirizzo inserito al checkout conteneva un errore, il che ha portato alla spedizione del pacco esattamente all’indirizzo da lei fornito. Il collo è poi stato trattenuto per diversi giorni dal servizio postale in attesa di ritiro, secondo le procedure standard, e le abbiamo inviato più promemoria chiedendole di ritirare la borsa prima che venisse rispedita al mittente. Lei aveva accettato, ma il ritiro non è avvenuto entro i tempi previsti e il pacco è quindi tornato indietro.​

Per questo tipo di articoli di pelletteria “luxury inspired”, quando un pacco viene restituito può essere trattenuto dalla dogana e non rientrare immediatamente presso il nostro magazzino, situazione che purtroppo non dipende da noi. Nonostante l’errore sull’indirizzo non sia dipeso da noi, abbiamo comunque accettato in via eccezionale di inviarle una borsa sostitutiva. Questa procedura richiede tempo per essere approvata, prodotta e poi spedita.

La ringraziamo ancora per il suo feedback, che ci aiuta a spiegare meglio l’importanza dei dati di consegna corretti e dei tempi logistici.

Regarding the confirmation email, our order confirmation is sent automatically right after checkout, but sometimes it can land in the spam/junk folder or under “Promotions.” The email you received a few days later was the fulfillment/shipping update we send once your order has been processed, which typically happens within 3–7 business days. We understand how, combined with the delivery time, this could make you worry, and we truly appreciate your patience and trust.

For shipping, standard delivery can take from 7 to 14 business days, depending on destination and customs, and we are continually working with our logistics partners to make both processing and transit as smooth and predictable as possible. We are glad to know that our WhatsApp support helped reassure you along the way.

As for the color, our suede hides are natural materials sourced from our leather suppliers, so slight variations in tone can occur from batch to batch and under different lighting conditions. In addition, studio lighting and individual screen settings can sometimes make colors appear a bit warmer or cooler than in real life, which may explain the burgundy hue you noticed. Your comment about the reinforced edges is very valuable; the finish should look neat and harmonious, and we will share this feedback with our production team for quality improvements.

You can request cancellation for orders within 24H.

Processing time
This processing period is typically 3–7 business days, depending on order volume, product availability, and quality checks.

During this time, the order status may not show carrier movement yet, because it is still being prepared and packed.

Shipping/transit time
After processing is completed and the parcel is handed to the carrier, the shipping time begins.

For international orders, this is usually in the range of about 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country, local carrier performance, and any customs inspections.

Tracking can sometimes update in batches (not in real time), especially when parcels move between hubs or wait for customs clearance.

Because of this, the total delivery window from the date of order is the sum of:
Processing time (3–7 business days), plus
Transit/shipping time (around 7–14 business days).

These timeframes, and the fact that they are estimates rather than guaranteed dates, are clearly stated in the Shipping Policy page you shared and are visible to customers before checkout.

If the order appears to be outside of this full combined window, or tracking shows no movement for several days, the support team can:

Confirm whether the package is still in transit, delayed at customs, or Lost, and a replacement is shipped.

All of our contact details and policies (processing times, international delivery windows, and returns) are clearly available on our website before checkout, and our support team responds to tracking and order inquiries via email.​

Additionally, after reviewing our email exchanges, we can confirm that this review relates to a customer who stated that their lawyer would “take down” our website, advised them not to accept the parcel on delivery, and that they would report and flag our site on various platforms. In those messages, an order number was provided, which allowed us to locate the shipment and confirm that the parcel is still in transit, has already reached the customer’s province in Canada, and is progressing through the local network. Despite this, we have received multiple emails containing strong language and legal threats, alongside a request for a full refund while the order is still moving through the postal system, something that falls outside our usual policy, which requires either confirmed loss or a completed delivery and return. We remain willing to assist within the framework of our published processing, shipping, and refund policies, and we kindly ask that any further communication is kept respectful so we can continue working toward a fair resolution.​

Although, as stated in our policy, return shipping fees are covered by the buyer in such cases, we made an exception and provided you with a free return label. The pickup date was scheduled, and you later chose to drop it off directly, which caused about a 7-day delay in the parcel’s arrival system confirmation.

Once your return was finally confirmed as received, your full refund was issued promptly. Our team did everything possible to make this process smooth and fair for you.
