Lovely carpet. Just what I wanted. Took a few weeks to arrive due to location of business but this was fine .

I ordered a £1700 rug. They sent a rug with completely the wrong dimensions. (Half the promised size). I returned it for a refund. Now over a week since they received it (and 15 days since I sent it) they are “handling” or “checking” the rug - and they say that if they ever get round to doing that, it will then be 10 working days until I receive my refund. So they will have had my money for about 6 weeks. Just terrible service.

I asked my wife to check trustpilot before ordering a rug from this company, as it was unheard of. I wish she had listened, as trend carpets seem to make a habit of providing poor service.

We ordered a rug two weeks ago, and was given a delivery date of 24/03. The tracking number suggested the rug was still in Sweden, so we reached out to customer service to be told they were going to refund us for the rug less £9.99 admin fee.

What we actually asked for was the status of the rug as we hadn't received it.

It seems like a quick scam that you 'dispatch' a rug, then bill the customer £9.99 admin fee for a rug they never receive.

I've requested a charge back for the £9.99 from my bank.

and if the rug ever arrives, based on other reviews I guess it will be poor quality or damanged or something.

The delivery was in good time considering it was travelling far, however the carpet was rolled and then the roll was then folded in half. So to be kept like this for a 2 week journey once opened the carpet was completely stretched out of shape. It is virtually unusable. Very disappointing.

Second rug ordered that was never received and I waited way beyond the delivery time frame before finally cancelling the order. No explanation given by the Company so most disappointed and will not use again.

Initial concerns with what is a fairly long delivery time remedied by the company furnishing a tracking link after querying status of the order. Item is as described and I'm both pleased AND relieved!! So: 5 stars.

Despite the website saying my rugs were in-stock and delivery would be 1-2 working days, once I made the order, I heard nothing after 6 days. I emailed them for an update and was then told there had been a delay and that the rugs would arrive in their warehouse "next week". Next week came and went, I emailed for an update, no response, I emailed in total 3 times before finally getting a response after 7 days, to be told there was now a "further delay". Finally, a full 28 days after my purchase, I was told the rugs were now scheduled for delivery - and they did arrive, a full 31 days after the initial purchase.

In my opinion this is terrible service. It was falsely advertised to begin with and then subsequent updates were non-existent (I shouldnt have to be the one to follow up and then be told there was a delay!) and very slow.

The carpets themselves were fine, I probably would have wanted to return one of the two I bought but based on my experience with them I couldnt bear to go through customer services again!

So my advice to you is, proceed with caution and be prepared for a long wait like I did!

The rug is quite pleasant
However, the delivery was appallingly slow when you tell me the deliveries are not normally like that…

The rug I received was very different to what I ordered, they have refused to co operate with their advertised returns policy. Quality was horrendous so thin it is more similar top a sheet on the ground. Very disappointed with these completely unusable items

Delivery not on time had to wait just over 3 weeks . I'm not happy with quality of my rug for the price I paid. Wouldn't recommend your company to my friends and family

Ordered couple of smaller rugs. They were a bit cheaper than Pappelina brand, but pretty much the same product. So I knew what to expect. Delivery from Sweden took around two weeks. Was provided with tracking number as well. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. My experience was positive

Terribly quality rug and very slow delivery.
The rug is the same consistency as a bath towel. Been down a month and creases still won’t come out. Every time you try to hoover it more balling and damage.

Looks cheap and different to the photograph. Took a long time to deliver I hadn't realised it was coming from overseas which was my mistake.

I also wish I'd checked the reviews before ordering.
This company is SO shady, basically blatant theft.
I bought a purple Wilton rug in November 2024. I was surprised how thin it was when it arrived but the colours were nice so i thought maybe it's just the design.
3 weeks later I noticed that the colour seemed to be fading, on closer inspection, I saw that it looked threadbare, worn all over, the rug was so thin & there was nothing to it, it was worn away. After 3 weeks it looked about 10 years old & ready for the bin, i was shocked how disgusting it looked :(
That's when I found the reviews. After reading them I knew I wasn't getting a refund or compensation. And sure enough, after contacting trendcarpet, they told me they don't refund after 2 weeks. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.
Blatant robbery. I had to bin the rug it was horrid.
Please avoid Trendcarpet & use your money elsewhere for something that will actually last.

I read the reviews after ordering and was worried.Howevet my carpet arrived from Sweden in 10 days and is good value for money.Its lovely !! An excellent service

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought a carpet. It arrived and before we even opened it we could see it was nothing like decribed. It was incredibly thin with no pile and looked so cheap and horrrible. I emailed them on February 1st and the response stated 2-3 days for a response. 16 days later nothing heard.
Update
Interestingly I have now received an email from them regarding my refund, possibly coincidence, possibly not.
