The support and service from Jack Thomson in the technical department of Trend is second to none.
I have a problem with a T8E Router. The up/down spindle can stop the smooth operation of adjustment. I called Trend technical department and Jack answered. I explained the problem to him and now a new replacement is being sent out on return of the old unit.
Jack has dealt with everything from pick up to despatch which helps me as I have Parkinson's.
A very BIG thank you to Jack and Trend for the admirable service, please keep it up.
I've just received my replacement T8 router, I only sent the old unit away on the 20/01/25 and now its the 22/01/25, so quick!!!
That's what I call excellent service!!!
A VERY BIG thank you again to Jack and Trend, my Trend tool collection is now complete again.

Ordered easily - delivered promptly - hinge jig works well. No allen key supplied as there should have which was not a huge problem as anyone wanting a jig like this would have allen keys anyway but would have been five stars otherwise.

Great online service, but excessive packaging.
I ordered 3x 6mm screws for a router plate (these are the size of grains of rice).
I was happy with the online experience, and good email communications.
Arrived on time.
I expected these to arrive in a Jiffy bag, or very small package.
Instead they arrived in a ridiculously large box that was stuffed with lots of protective paper.
Given the attention these days on reducing waste and the convenience of just posting tiny items through a letter box. The massive packaging made the experience a bit disappointing.
Other than the packaging, very happy with the service.

I needed a replacement part for my hige jig; it was easy to find and order from the Trend website and the cost, including delivery, was quite reasonable. What really impressed me was it's delivery the very next day, despite only requesting standard postage. Well done Trend!

Extreme Efficiency
Ordered 2 items at 2pm, both delivered by 11am the next day and with free carriage - what superb service. Then there are the items, a dust mask and eye protection goggles, both excelleny quality and fitted well. As good ppe as I have previously experienced, at a very reasonable cost.

Outstanding customer service
I have never left a Trustpilot review before but I'm so genuinely impressed with the support I received today that I felt compelled to create an account and leave a review.
Had a mishap with my STAIR/A stair jig at the weekend which damaged the slider of the router sub-base. I checked the website for spares but only the sub-base was listed, not the slider. Used the online chat and chatted with Darren who informed me that the slider had been discontinued.
However, Darren asked for my email address and said he'd check whether they had any spares from returns and get back to me. Within an hour I got an email from Darren letting me know that he'd found a spare and would send it to me free of charge (to Ireland). I don't know how any company could possibly offer better customer service than this and Darren was superb both in terms of his helpfulness and super-quick email responses. Will not hesitate to buy from Trend Tool Technology again.
