Good Afternoon Mr Richard Garratt, Thank you for your review. Can i ask if you have the correct company please as MJS as of the 01/10/25 stopped trading and merged into a new company called P8. We are based on the south coast that and we do not charge callout charges. Please may i ask you check for me please and if this was us we would of had a job number starting JB can you send this over to me so i can look into this? or simply replay to this message?
As mentioned i don't think you have the correct company as you are not listed on our system.

Job done early
I was very happy with the work, done a day earlier than originally planned because the plumber was in the area having finished another job early. He was very good, tried to minimise the disruption and work, and left everything clean and tidy.

1st class workmanship and customer service
Matt did a great job at installing a new boiler and cylinder in our loft, with excellent workmanship and he was helpful and considerate throughout. He was easy to communicate with and always patient at explaining things. I couldn't recommend MJS more highly and we will definitely use them again in the future.
