Do not ever go there. Scamming surrounded their spirit. Detrimental experience with them in booking flights.

Scummed do not even try. They won’t book your ticket then they will try and add fees when it’s time just to make you cancel your booking and charge you penalty fees on top

If I could score 0, I would.
So I got a call today to be harassed asking why I gave a bad review, the agitated agent would not let me speak so I let him ramble on, to which I I asked if had finished, I began speaking when he just kept talking over me.
So I’ll say it again, you never passed my details to BA, you said the flight was cancelled and yes you gave me a full refund but you hadn’t passed my payment on to BA, all they had was my name. Now leave me alone!

Michael Wilson was very patient and ready to help every step of way during my flight ✈️ ticket payment process. He also helped to sort the change of flight with ease, highly recommended.

I discussed this from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. The flight, which wasn't confirmed, increased in price by £250 just before payment. It also had a 22-hour layover.
I've been sent the confirmed flight with times and that was not what was agreed to.
