A bit random but did exactly what was advertised
Was provided for free through Booking.com. We got a message when we signed up for the ride, the team stayed in touch with us and tracked our flight so they had a driver ready pretty quickly.
The instructions for finding the agency were clear, but there seemed to be a lot of similar services picking up passengers so we were a bit confused about where to find our driver, because they didn't have and company shirts on or anything. I asked around and found a couple young people who claimed to be the service, and then followed them to a pickup point, where they had the car and driver ready. The driver was not the same person who I was texting on WhatsApp (different profile picture) so it felt a bit unprofessional and disorganized but they had my address details ready and they confirmed that the we wouldn't be paying after the ride, so all was good. They drove us and we reached our destination with ease.

We completely understand how having several similar transfer services nearby, without clear TravelThru identification, could make it difficult to know who to approach.
