From the initial enquiry to the booking I received exceptional customer service from the sales team.
We booked a visit to Manor Farm Fruits for a group of fifteen ladies. The driver was punctual,friendly and very professional.
Will definitely use them again.

Great value. Use for school visits of different sizes. Coaches and minibusses all great. Drivers have always been a pleasure and like children which is always a winner. Will be using for lots more trips.

Can’t fault this company and the service we received!! We had the 14 seater minibus to take 6 of us to Southampton Port for our cruise 2 weeks ago and picked us up today following our cruise. Shadur our driver was brilliant, nothing too much trouble and was at our pick up an hour before the time we asked for which was great as we were early and literally walked across the road and he was waiting so it was all so easy!!!
Highly recommend and we will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family. Shadur was courteous, friendly and very helpful!! Thanks very much… the Fox family 👍

Brilliant service cannot fault them. Have used Travel SOS on two occasions and both have been seamless from start to finish. On the most recent trip I called up only giving two days notice but it was not a problem for these guys. Very friendly and great customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Booked SOS for a trip to London. Booking was hassle free. We had the 19 seater coach which was a week old , just perfect. Ali the driver was a gent & nothing was too much trouble. Will use them again, highly recomended.

Had to be a 5 star review. Couldn’t fault the service provided. Arrived 5-10 mins before pickup time at 3am! Even allowed us to use the Bluetooth connection to play some music during the journey. And also allowed a few quick toilet breaks with no issues. The return journey was equally brilliant. We got picked up round the corner from the short stay parking and the company happily refunded the parking charge we’d originally paid as a result. Will definitely use again if needed.

I travelled with 15 other people on a very early morning flight. I researched different companies and SOS offered us what we were looking for. A luxury bus (so we were all together) with a reasonable price. The booking was confirmed via email before hand. Our driver communicated through texts and was prompt, friendly and professional. We were traveling back separately and SOS was again very helpful when I was booking 8 people for a return. Would definitely recommend SOS Travel. Bernadette from Ireland

The whole process from my initial contact with SOS to our trip on the day was seamless and absolutely perfect. All the staff were courteous and helpful and our driver was the best. He was great and nothing was too much trouble for him! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company!

Really pleased with travel SOS, they were on time for a pick up down to Heathrow. The driver was very accommodating with breaks etc and of course a safe courteous driver. Mini bus was clean and driver was very friendly. Same to be said about our return driver. Will definitely use again.

SOS travel were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. The office staff were kind and helpful and every detail was sent via email. The mini bus was so clean and our driver couldn’t have been nicer. I found the whole experience with this company brilliant!

Usman & Hanifa were excellent to deal with for the organisation. A clear itenary was agreed. We had 3 different trips to and from Race course and airport. The drivers contact details were shared a couple days ahead which was very handy. Buses are excellent condition, drivers very accommodating.
