Absolutely brilliant service from booking process through to pick up and drop off. Booked a mini bus for 14 passengers travelling to Gatwick and the pick up from Gatwick. Time keeping was 10 out of 10 and the driver Umar was extremely helpful in loading and unloading for both days. Look no further if you want to hire a mini bus as not only do they provide an excellent service but prices are extremely competitive.

The whole process has been smooth. From organising the pick up through to collection on the day.
Nice clean transport. Adequately sized to bring the large party we were and all our luggage. Driver both courteous and helpful. Taking care of all the loading and unloading of the luggage. Taking care of special items including a number of wheelchairs and prepared well to accommodate disabled passengers.
The whole service was flawless. Really good value for money. I will definitely be using them again.

We used Travel SOS to take a group of 12 to Brighton for my daughters hen weekend. From the very first contact with Ayesha, they have been friendly and efficient, always replying to emails promptly.
Our driver Ali arrived on time, he was polite and extremely helpful. The vehicle was clean, warm and we even connected to his Bluetooth to play music. When we returned home he called to say he had found the purse of one of our party and dropped it to us the next morning. He really did go over and above and is a credit to the company.

We used Travel SOS to take nine of us with 8 big cases and hand luggage to Heathrow to go on a family Christmas holiday.
The whole process from start to finish was superb, booking was quick, easy and efficient, the vehicles both ways were roomy and spotlessly clean and the drivers, Umar and Shanelle were brilliant.

We used the services of Travel SOS for an Airport transfer to get our family of 12 large cases, 12 hand luggage, 1 wheelchair and 12 passengers to the airport on time. Ali and Umar, our drivers were polite, kind, punctual and extremely helpful. A lot of bags to lift!
The minibus was clean and comfortable. The whole experience from the booking with Usman to dropping us at Heathrow and then back home after our holiday was efficient and professional. Communication was excellent. Thank you everyone!
