Adam was superb. Restored my faith in booking over the phone.

After EasyJet raised the price of our holiday twice while trying to book, over £300 more, I called Travel Solutions Network. Adam was very helpful and understanding with my frustration at this. He ended up getting us better flights and saving us £500 from what the highest price became. We are very appreciative and will use them in the future. Thanks Adam

Fantastic, I had a query today that was not straightforward and spoke to Lucy. She was lovely, very understanding very helpful and solved my problem. Best of all she was personable and it felt like she was really listening which is rare when you have to call helplines. Fantastic service A*

Helpful, polite, responsive and enthusiastic - Adam was a great ambassador for this business and EJH - despite it being late afternoon on a scorching hot bank holiday Monday.

Valerie helped us book a last minute easyJet holiday. Looking online, it was a bit complex as our party was coming from two different airports and all the options were daunting. Valerie made it really easy and was great at communicating options / costs / finding the best days to travel. Great service and a really pleasant experience. So much better than online. Thank you!

Excellent customer service from Valerie Burton in booking my holiday for myself and my friends which I was struggling to book online. She went over and above in accomodating all our needs.

Great customer service! Very helpful

The agent (Valerie) was exceptionally patient and helpful in dealing with our booking issues. She took time to explain the process, ensure that we understood and completed all the admin with great efficiency.

Throughout the call she was very engaging.

We booked with Adam Hallsworth, he was so patient and professional. Really gave us good advice and knew exactly how to deal with his customer. Would really recommend asking for him when booking through easyjet

5 star service from Adam Hallsworth when booking our holiday. He was so informative and helpful. He has assisted with my follow up questions with no bother. Would definitely recommend and will be keeping his details for any future bookings!

Excellent. Was getting in a mess with a booking on easyjet web, so decided to call to get help.
Very nice man named Daniel helped me, and it was swift, and easy, he spoke slow and I understood all he said, sooooo much better than a robot or trying to do bookings on line. 100% better. Thank you.
