Our flight was cancelled by KQ and neither was the agent nor ourselves sent any cancellation email. However Travel and Travel did what they could to get us the next flight to our destination in the shortest time possible . We still await for a refund from KQ as Travels and Travels representative Simon is pushing for it. That’s the only reason I haven’t given a 5* but his customer service and making sure we onboard deserves a 5* 👍👍

Dear Customer,
We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience.
However, we would like to clarify that your booking was fully refunded, and we did not apply any cancellation fees or administrative charges. In fact, we processed the refund without recovering any costs from the airline in order to resolve the matter as quickly as possible for you.
We understand that delays and booking issues can be frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience caused. Throughout the process, our team remained in contact and worked to ensure that your funds were returned in full.
We take customer feedback seriously and are disappointed that, despite receiving a full refund, you feel that our service was unsatisfactory. If there is anything further you would like to discuss, please contact our customer support team directly, and we will be happy to assist.
Kind regards,
Customer Relations Team Travels and Travels UK !
