Had a small bug in a widget which - if fixed - would have made the widget better and provide a better user interface as well as better for the look of a website. I wrote them about it and within less than 48 hours it was fixed. That's kinda awesome. Didn't expect them to answer actually (this day and age), so ... great service.

I've been using TravelPayouts for years now and am so happy with them. It is one of my favourite affiliate platforms because they make it so easy to connect all affiliate partners in one place - and their customer support is great :)

I've been using Travelpayouts in my blog for a few months, and it's helped so much monetizing it. It's so easy to add beautiful widgets for hotels, site tickets and activities, and I have access to lots of affiliate programs that would have taken too much time to join directly by myself. Well worth it!

Commissions are tiny especially on car rentals[ Extras on bookings not paid ] but it's very organised and pays out on time.

So, this is hopefully helpful for Travelpayouts. We believe in reputation and reliability, especially in this industry. In testing OTA's hosted on their flight affiliate, we've tried booking flights through a few companies they carry, and have had issues with every one. Customers would have to call or be called. The so-called agents are in another country and each time they tried upselling booked reservations by claiming the seats are standard or no longer available. I can go on with the dozen or so bookings we've had friends try making, and ourselves. But this is an issue that is concerning because for any company to have terms but then host questionable companies on their result pages where travelers are looking for deals, those conditions also become questionable including the host agency. Has or is Travelpayouts addressing this?

Though initially skeptical, I took a chance on Travelpayouts based on positive word-of-mouth. Fourteen months later, I'm blown away by their stellar affiliate marketing tools, training resources, and personalized support. Unlike other aggregators I've tried, Travelpayouts furnishes prompt affiliate approvals, flexible reporting, timely payments, and direct access to partner programs for inquiries. Travelpayouts is an affiliate platform ideal for every content creator like me. They have a list of major companies in the travel industry, such as Booking, and Viator. Although I have kept some direct affiliate programs, I'm genuinely happy I chose to work with them as it saved me a lot of time with creating affiliate links easily for different travel companies. Also, their WayAway affiliate program is really good with an excellent commission. Every time I had to contact their customer support, the representative was always responsive and giving solutions to any problem.

Great platform and supportive customer service! Been with TravelPayouts for almost a year and never had a problem with payouts or reservations. Also, customer service is very helpful and proactive. The best part is that you can keep your affiliates on the same platform and collect all the payouts together without losing your cut. 100% recommended!!

Unfortunately I have experienced not being paid by Travelpayouts.com I have been an affiliate for more than 10 years and a travel affiliate for at least 7 years. This is the first time I have had an experience of a network just straight not pay. Fortunately the amount is less than $1500 but it is still very frustrating. If I can make a recommendation to other affiliates it would be to go direct with travel brands (such as agoda, or booking) or use a more seasoned network based in the USA or EU. I have been a long time affiliate with both agoda and booking and never had an issue with payment. I have also worked with CJ, and numerous other CPA/Affiliate networks without payment issues. There are definitely better choices for travel affiliates than Travelpayouts.

I hope my review saves you from the same experience I have had.

I did provide link and blog post placements for all links when requested. All were approved. (I am happy to provide those email transcripts)

Never once did TP explain why my sales would be considered "suspicious". Again I have been an affiliate site owner for years and never had any issues. How can sales be suspicious when someone literally has to say at a hotel to get paid?

The real kicker is, even after the majority for my sales completed and were marked as "paid" in their system I sent an email to request payment. Multiple people replied to my emails, each with different vague explanations of why they weren't going to pay me. When I pointed out multiple times, "Hey you have already been paid for my sales and you're just going to steal my commissions?" someone at TP went in to my account and manually deleted all my sales and just wrote back that none of the companies paid them! Come on?? This is obviously a lie. One person that replied to my email inquiry even acknowledge they were paid from companies I inquired about. Another person replied (not in exact words) that "if I were to receive payment can I restart promoting and which brands I could promote"!

Listen, if other affiliates are reading this it is really your choice which networks or companies you want to work with and the risks associated with that. In the travel affiliate market there is a long delay in the time you make the sale to the time the customer completes the booking and the 30-60 days to then get paid. It could be 6 months or more that earnings could be accumulating. The risks of then not being paid in this situation are worrisome.

1 Year Update ...... Sept 2024

I still have not been paid. All bookings have completed and earnings are just sitting in my account. Nothing from TP.

I believe TP is lying in their update they posted here.

1. "We had to cancel your bookings made through unverified traffic sources upon the travel brands’ decision:" I am nearly 100% certain this is not true. I am quite certain TP only cancelled my bookings after I repeatedly asked for payment. When I asked TP about proof the brands requested a refund or they were not paid they refused any evidence. Now that 1 year has past, magically all the other bookings that have complete after our initial exchanges haven't been cancelled. The truth seems to be that TP just straight up took the earnings after I repeated requested a payout.

2. "we’re sorry to inform you that partnering with particular brands, including Booking.com, CheapOair, GetYourGuide and Rentalcars won’t be possible for you." I am not sure why they would post this here?? I am currently a partner of most of these these brands on other networks or direct. My only negative experience has been with TP.

Only after i gave them bad review they have sent me a detailed answers that satisfy me so I'll give it a chance

I have using this site for more than 4 months but on my dashboard the number of clicks is showing and the other options like impressions, etc are not calculated well and not showing in my dashboard I don't know why this happening

Can I I add my touch in the white label affiliate hotellook

For example, when someone searches for a hotel, can I modify how the hotels appear on the page?

My experience on Travelpayouts have been great, I just signed up and everything's going smooth. All information related to the affiliate maoney making and anything else needed are all in one place easy to find what you need. Directions are everywhere, and when you need assistance it's on the same page as well.
