Peace of mind
The team member who i spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful. When the initial provider could not provide cover the sister company was utilised providing us the cover we needed in order to ensure we could travel with good cover for our trip and peace of mind. I needed travel insurance that would…
I needed travel insurance that would cover me for my existing medical conditions, and this company offered a very reasonable price compared with other providers.
The whole process was easy and straightforward to complete online, without having to spend a long time on the phone discussing private medical information. I really appreciated how simple and convenient the application was.
I also loved receiving their story by email and learning that they are a family-run business, which made me feel that there was genuine support available should I ever need to make a claim while abroad. I also appreciated the friendly welcome email and the helpful links provided in case I needed to make a claim.
Thankfully, I didn't need to make a claim during my holiday, so I can't comment on that part of the service. However, based on my experience so far, I would definitely use them again.
I'm even considering cancelling the insurance included with my bank account, as I pay a monthly fee for it and was still quoted a much higher premium than I paid with this company.

Excellent service from this company. I insured my 17 year old daughter for her first girls holiday abroad.
I spoke with two separate members of staff who actually called me back at my convenience. Both staff members were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Given my daughter was under 18 years of age and travelling with her friends it wasn't straight forward to buy insurance online. All companies were coming back stating the policy holder must travel with an adult over the age of 18. 4medical completely sorted this over the phone.
I can't recommend this company highly enough.
