Travelex absolutely made our trip
Travelex absolutely made our trip so easy. When I went to top up I was unsure what to do. We phoned a very pleasant and helpful young man in Albany who was very patient and talked us through it. After that, it was no problem at all to top up, keep track of the money paid out and the balances. Many thanks Travelex.

Great currency exchange and staff most helpful!
The staff were very helpful and my currency order was as requested. I was also helped with a travel card which proved a bit more complex but the team went the extra mile to help.

We had a great experience with Travelex. We placed an order for US dollars online and it was a seamless process. Easy to follow instructions and exchange rate was fair. We picked up at our local Travelex in Porirua, Wellington and staff were so friendly and efficient. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

A big mix up.
I received an email saying my cash was ready to collect from Paper Plus in Orewa. When I got there the person at the Kiosk couldn't find it and said that it wasn't there. The date for collection was not correct and had to show and email and insist that it was there. Eventually after quite some time they found the cash in the Kiosk . I lady was being trained and both ladies were very polite and professional. I don't think this was their fault. The fault lay with whoever processed the order originally.
