Paolo our coach driver they looked after
all of us on the trip extremely well we felt
well looked after from very professional
people who love their country and shared
the culture and history of this region of
Italy . They deserve all the credit of making
our trip really special looking forward to

The weather was a perfect 24 degrees except our visit to Mt Etna.

Montenegro is a beautiful country to visit and would be happy to return. The standards in the hotel were excellent, good management and all staff well prepared for their respective jobs. The The Travel Department people on the ground were very helpful.

My husband and I have been travelling with Travel Department on holidays for many years. Always excellent. So I thought I would leave a review this time as we have just booked another trip this year( the fourth)!

Great travel company, well organised, lovely travel guide and very informative. Brilliant sightseeing trips included. Would highly recommend, just would like more trips from Belfast airport please.

Overall the holiday was great with an excellent guide. The hotel in Porto was was below par for a Travel Department hotel. Bed was hard and frame creeked.Had to put mattress on floor to get a night's sleep.

The hotel was excellent with wonderful facilities and an exceptional situation giving stunning views over the coast and islands. Food was varied and consistently excellent. Very easy access by local bus into Dubrovnik with plenty to see and do. The excursions were very good and not too long.

Cinzia our guide was excellent and Christina our guide for Capri was also excellent. Our guide to Pompeii was also very knowledgeable. Cannot remember her name.

Booked Sorrento Coast, Pompeii & Capri, it was fabulous. Stayed in the beautiful hotel jaccarino. This is a great holiday when everything is planned for you, you just show up! Also you get a few days to yourself to relax or further exploring.

The value for money of the holiday and the hotel choice

I really enjoyed the tour of nerja and Costa del sol as the tour guide was friendly and the other people. I like going on a coach tour as I don't want to get a bus or train as I could get lost. I enjoy the company of the other people as we all enjoy sightseeing. Niall Donnelly

Well organized. Excellent accommodation, food and drinks. Internal trips were excellent and well described. Friendly fellow travelers made the trip even better. The balance between travel and rest days was excellent also. We really enjoyed Sicily!

But the delay in Naples airport for 90 minutes unacceptable

A great travel company, this is my 4 th trip . I find it especially good for a solo traveller, you meet lovely people. Absolutely everything was organised perfectly. Excellent guide, driver and hotel accommodation. Will definitely book a trip again in the near future.

Travel Dept do exactly what they say they will do. Very well organised holidays. A bit expensive though. A €200 discount on 7 day holidays would be nice.
