We’re sorry to see your review and would like to clarify the situation transparently.

At the time of your enquiry, we provided you with a **flight reservation only**, clearly stated in writing before any payment was made. As outlined in your confirmation email:

* No ticket had been issued
* Airline fares were subject to change until full payment
* Your deposit covered **booking and reservation services already performed**
* Deposits are **non-refundable**, including if fares change before ticketing

You reviewed and confirmed these terms in writing before proceeding.

Before your deposit, your reservation was created with the airline (PNR issued), and our team carried out the agreed booking services. Unfortunately, as is common in the airline industry, the fare expired before ticketing and the airline released the original price. At that point, a revised fare was provided.

We understand this can be frustrating, but this situation is outside our control and is clearly explained upfront in both our email confirmation and terms.

We strongly reject the claim that we are “scammers.” We are a registered UK company and provide legitimate booking services in line with industry practices.

That said, we remain happy to assist you:

We are disappointed to read your review as it does not reflect the full circumstances of your booking.

Your booking was confirmed for five passengers, and following an airline schedule change outside of our control, we worked to obtain alternative travel options from the airline. Unfortunately, the revised itinerary did not meet your travel requirements, and you chose not to proceed.

Contrary to the impression given in your review, we did not retain the full amount you had paid. We refunded £4,000 to you. The only amount retained was the agreed £750 non-refundable booking and reservation service fee, which was clearly disclosed before payment and covered the professional booking services already provided.

We appreciate that the airline's schedule change was frustrating and that it affected your travel plans. However, airline schedule changes are determined solely by the airline and are outside the control of any travel agency.

We also respectfully reject the implication that our business acted dishonestly. We are a registered UK company committed to providing transparent booking services, and we always provide our booking terms before accepting payment.

We are sorry to read your review and understand your disappointment that the original airline fare was no longer available.

However, we believe it is important to clarify the facts.

The deposit you paid was not payment for an issued airline ticket. Before any payment was made, you received a detailed booking confirmation explaining that:

this was a flight reservation only and no ticket had been issued;
airline fares are not guaranteed until ticketed and may change or expire before full payment is received;
the reservation was valid only until the stated booking deadline;
the deposit covered the booking and reservation services already provided and was non-refundable.

You confirmed the booking details before proceeding with your reservation.

Unfortunately, because the balance was not received within the reservation validity period, the airline released the original fare. When you later wished to proceed, the original fare was no longer available and only the airline's current market fare could be offered. This pricing is determined entirely by the airline and is outside the control of Travelcart.uk.

We also respectfully reject the allegation that you were "scammed". We are a registered UK company and strive to be transparent by providing our booking terms and fare conditions before accepting any payment.
