I recently booked a three‑week holiday through TravelApp and received outstanding service from Shoaib. We originally planned to visit Egypt only, but Shoaib found us an amazing deal that allowed us to experience Turkey as well — all for the same price as Egypt alone.He was extremely professional and always available whenever I had questions or needed reassurance. I was recommended to TravelApp by a family member, and after this experience, I’ll continue booking with them in the future.Thank you for your support, Shoaib. Execellent service for an unforgettable holiday
Shoaib was great at giving us lots of different options and price matching to quotes we had found online. He arranged the transfers for us and sent all our documents in a timely manner. All our additional questions were responded to professionally. Thanks again for the excellent service and for planning an unforgettable holiday. This is our 2nd time using travel app and we will be using them again in the future for sure!

I’ve only recently booked a flight to Kenya using Travelapp, and as always we are very sceptical, but Sean, the travel advisor put my worries to one side,was very patient, flexible, accomodative, and adaptive to my needs. Eventually, we arrived at a decent flight, payment plan and I couldn’t be more happier. I highly recommend Travelapp,coz I found their professional , and efficient approach in managing one’s needs, very impressive.

Sean at Travelapp has been amazing. Despite all my back and forth with multiple options and lack of decision, he was calm, patient and all round efficient. He got me the best price and even after payment has remained in touch.
I would highly recommend using Travelapp.
Oh, and did I mention that Sean LOVES ❤️❤️❤️ Latina women!

Shaybee AKA Sean has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment we first spoke about booking a trip. Gave him a few pointers of what was needed he run with it like’ I Gottcha ya’ came with suggestions of shortest connections decent travel times & most great fully payment options.His not playing his on job.
Am I going to use travelapp (Shaybee) again…Absolutely….. very near future 🫶🏽

Myself and my wife want to go to Saudi to visit family. I discovered that a new ETA (Electronic Travel Authorisation) travel permit has just been launched for UK passport holders, which makes things much simpler than obtaining a normal visitor visa. However, because the ETA is so new, there is inconsistent information online about the requirements and how long it would take. Also, the new website set up to handle ETA applications directly did not work, it just keeps failing. I found Travelapp through googling about the ETA and contacted them for information. They were very clear about what was needed and very reassuring. For an agreed - and very reasonable - admin fee, they applied on my behalf. The ETA was issued the same day. This was excellent customer service and delivered an outstanding result. I would highly recommend Travelapp for supporting anyone’s visa process and, based on this experience, for any travel requirement.

Excellent communication from the start of booking my daughter’s flight to South Africa. Sean was very nice and explained all steps in my booking until I got a ticket for my daughter All information were given on time regarding unaccompanied minors. I reached out to a number of travel…
I reached out to a number of travel agencies.Daniel from Travelapp responded before everybody else.Talking to him over the phone and whatsaap made me trust him.Daniel took me through the process and where he was not sure ,he would request to come.back to me after consulting his colleugues.After every task ,Daniel would call me to make sure I was alright and if there was need for an explanation ,Daniel was there to do that.

We used The Travelapp for their transfers and Zayarat service whilst we were in SA for our umrah. The company and Muhammed Ahmed were great from the first day. Great communication and service whilst out there with my family. Have used them now for the second time and never disappointed.
